I ordered from these before noticing the online feedback. Whilst my order did experience a delay, I found they communicated well, compensated for the delay and remained polite, courteous and apologetic. Items arrived well packaged, as ordered and are of good quality. I would definitely order again.

Food was great but package was only half full.

Over the past 3 years I’ve had around 35,000 bulbs from these guys; all good quality and happily helping by beehives whilst multiplying and colouring the landscape. All good stuff and no complaints.

Purchased the 2 pack high build floor paint and single pack floor paint last year. Single pack took a while to dry due to low floor temperature but results have been good and hard wearing. The 2 pack was used last week on a garage floor; outside temps 70+ and humidity 40-45%. The paint went on easily and dried perfectly giving a great result. Very pleased with the products albeit customer service responses are a little hit and miss.

Fast delivery and good quality bulbs. The only downside was the minimum purchase amount which meant buying a few more bulbs than we really needed but otherwise all good.

Unable to review the product but placed an online order for delivery within EU. A few days later my order was cancelled and refunded without any explanation. I therefore emailed to ask why my order had been cancelled and received a curt response of ‘we do not deliver to your location’.
When a suppliers online order system allows placement of and payment for an overseas order, I would at least expect an apology for the inconvenience.

The purchase process was smooth and straightforward but the proof of how good Cycleplan really are will only be known in the unfortunate event of making a claim

I'd used Event Tyres previously for a couple of car tyres so I knew they were competitive but when buying 4 van tyres, they can out cheaper than Kwik Fit despite the latter offering a 4 for the price of 3 deal. The fitter, Paul West, was competent, friendly and very efficient.
