First time using Ramsflorists and the experience was excellent. I needed a bouquet for mother in laws birthday at short notice and they were so accommodating. I went in person and they made the bouquet up for me there and then whilst I waited, they listened to my specifications and made it up perfectly. The flowers were of excellent quality and there was a choice of coloured paper, boxes etc to present them in. 100% recommend.

Placed an order a month ago, goods not received, no refund received and now ignoring emails / Facebook messages. No support at all and no accountability being taken. Having read other reviews on here this appears to be a regular feature of this company and will definitely not be recommending them. It’s a shame because I like the product a lot and already own a pair of the socks.
Update 6/12 - Despite the below response from the company, I still have had no communication from customer services and am no nearer to a resolution.

Very impressed with my Dandara experience so far - Kelly in the Sales Office at St. Michaels Park has been incredible throughout. This was the first time I have been through this process by myself and Kelly has made it comfortable and seamless. She has kept me up to date and answered a whole raft of questions from me. Looking forward to completing in October and enjoying my Dandara home.

Website was very easy to use and products easy to find/search and great range of products. Prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely use again and wii be recommending to friends / family.
