Great service, great cookie cake.

I ordered an engagement ring in Belgium only a few days before I left for the US, where I wanted to propose. The ring could not be made on time for my departure, but Baunat shipped it to the US (handled all the shipping) and kept me informed on the status of my order throughout the procedure. The ring arrived exactly when they said it would.
Customer care was also in general good, no problems choosing the ring, even though I deviated from the online procedure, and requested to see a number of rings in their showroom. Getting an appointment was easy, the appointment itself was professional and courteous.
