Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us today, and also for speaking with me over the phone as well.

I am so sorry to hear that your order has arrived incomplete, this is certainly not what we expect for our customers.

As discussed, unfortunately the second parcel was initially delayed at the couriers sorting hub, this was then sent out for delivery on the next working day however there seems to have been an error with the parcel being marked as delivered when it was still with the courier.

These delays should not have happened and I will ensure this is looked into with our courier account manager to find out why this has happened and what can be done to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

I do completely understand the frustration and inconvenience that delays such as this can cause and I do sincerely apologise.

Your parcel is back out for delivery today and should be with you this afternoon.

I am also sorry to hear that you did not hear back from us when you reached out for some assistance, as mentioned we do not appear to have received your message so I do apologise about this.
