How far in advance should we book a space for a brand activation?
A couple of months out is ideal - popular venues and the Sept-Dec rush book early. Client deadline tighter than that? Tell us the date and we’ll work to it.
Can we make significant modifications to the spaces?
Most activation venues expect it - temporary builds, branded installs, full takeovers. Rules differ by venue and we flag them up front, so the concept never hits a surprise.
Do you offer exclusive hire of venues?
Yes - many venues offer full takeover, so your client controls the guest experience from the entrance in. Filter for exclusive hire, or just ask.
What support do you provide for technical requirements?
Power, access, AV - specs are available for most venues, and where a space doesn’t have what you need, we’ll connect you with production suppliers who do.
Can you accommodate last-minute requests?
Often, yes. We deal directly with hosts, so short-notice bookings happen more than you’d think. Give us the deadline and we’ll show you what’s actually available.
Do you have spaces suitable for content creation/photoshoots?
Plenty of our venues double as shoot locations, and we list dedicated studios too. Send the brief and we’ll match the backdrop.
