You need to have the XM LTV grabber delete your existing lineup, and then add the new lineup that you're trying to get. Modifying the configuration file doesn't send our systems the command to add the lineup to your account; you're basically just making a local change.
The grabber should have a section related to "Lineup Management" or something like that; you'll need to tell the grabber that you're in the United States, and then give it your zip code. It will then present the list of lineups that are in your area, and you'll select the one that you need. It should also allow you to delete the DITV lineup that you no longer need.
