Pros: TeamSupport is a pretty advanced and reliable tool for business help desk solution. It offers a seamless experience to both end-users. On a broader scale, it helps to deal with many clients and their tickets. "Ticketing" and "Self-help portal " is a great addition.
Cons: No cons, we are happy with this solution. Great tool.

Pros: We have inducted TeamSupport system in our organization and its output is good. For community building and complaint management, its standards are high. Our team easy accepted the system. Its simple interface helps the user to adapt and provide their inputs. user can notify with the latest updates.
Cons: As far as usage, only the compatibility issue faced in iOS version only as some user have iPhones and most of them Android. Sync will delay only and no other major issues faced.
Overall: Its team collaboration, sharing of folders, complaint management and notifications will be good. Its interface and integrations with third parties for calendar sync & mail sync is very good.
