Now Commerce

Pros: After extensive research to find the best software compatible with QuickBooks, I found that Now Commerce offers the most robust functionality and features. One of the standout aspects is the ability to create customized order forms for our clients, which has been incredibly helpful in streamlining our processes.

The software is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage daily operations without complications. Additionally, the customer service is exceptional. Every time I reach out for assistance, they either answer immediately or return my call very quickly. Their team consistently resolves any issues while I’m still on the phone, ensuring that I can get back to work without delay.

Cons: None. My only regret is that I didn't find Now Commerce sooner.

Overall: Overall, I highly recommend Now Commerce for its ease of use, customizable features, and outstanding customer support.

Pros: Easy to use way to interface QuickBooks Desktop to our 3PL. Staff is responsive to all customer service needs.

Cons: As of last time I checked (2024), they did not have a QuickBooks Online solution.

Overall: We have used Now Commerce for over a decade and have been very happy with the functionality and the service.

Pros: The customer service agents are extremely helpful and dedicated in helping with all your company needs. The program also integrates into the accounting software which allows your company to be more efficient and eliminates the extra data entry time with invoices. The design of the product is simple and easy to use on all devices.

Cons: No cons, once set up the system runs itself. Possibly a dedicated app that can be used on a iOS device for a one click icon

Overall: Overall we highly recommend Now Commerce for your company’s needs to run more efficiently with invoicing and orders. You will not find a better support team than Now Commerce, they are always responsive and available to help anytime and are extremely knowledgeable about their product.

Pros: Perfectly integrated with QB's.
Saves us an enormous amount of time processing customer's orders.
Our customers can access almost real time inventory.

Cons: The cons actually originate with QB's (not NowCommerce). The web connector on QB's does not update quick enough. It would be beneficial for it to update quicker so that my customers have better real time connection to my inventory.

Overall: We have been using Now Commerce for many years. Our customers like how they can access our real time inventory and place orders online from any device day or night, weekends, holidays and weekends. Now Commerce is an excellent product and I would highly recommend it.

Pros: Customer support is the best. Very knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. Never have had any down time or technical problems.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. I have never had a negative experience.

Overall: Program is easy to use and train other employees on. Very highly recommended. Can't say enough great things about the customer support.

Pros: I absolutely love how easy this website is to use. It’s clean, straightforward, and free of unnecessary clutter—yet it still has all the key features we need. It’s exactly what we were looking for, and our customers love it too!

Cons: I honestly have no cons to mention so far—everything has run smoothly since setup!

Overall: My overall experience has been extremely positive. Customers love it, and our sales reps appreciate the easy access. It’s been a fantastic tool all around!

Pros: We’ve used Now Commerce for 15 years. Easy to use for both myself and our customers. Can easily make changes to suit my needs. I would highly recommend to anyone who is using Quickbooks. It has saved so much time on data entry and customer service.

Cons: Can’t think of anything that I dislike about it the platform.

Overall: My time working with Now Commerce has always been exceptional. If there is ever anything I need the team at Now Commerce is on it.

Pros: Best software out there for QB users (especially Wholesale companies). The software is exceptionally user friendly both from a customer and employee standpoint.
The software is extremely reliable with minimal issues if any.
Customer have full, real time visibility of all transactions they do with your company. Including full visibility of inventory.

Cons: None that I can think of. The software has pretty much all functions that a company would need.

Overall: Now Commerce has been one of the best investments our company has ever made in any of our software purchases. It has improved our customer service tremendously and has increased sales across all product categories. Our customers have full visibility of all transactions (invoices, payments, etc...), including full visibility of ALL of our inventory items in real-time. This software has been a game changer for us. I must give a special thanks to Larry at Now Commerce who has always been there for us to help with any issues or concerns we may have. He has been amazing to work with. Any wholesale business that is using QB needs to be using Now Commerce.

Pros: The Now Commerce product has become an integral part of our daily business activity for several years. It is very user friendly and helps us offer a more valuable customer experience to our customer base. Larry is very knowledgeable and is always helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the product in a way that is easy to follow and understand. Our business depends on the Now Commerce product.

Cons: There are no cons that I can think of. The product really works.

Overall: The Now Commerce product primarily runs in the background and has always performed as expected. The integration is seamless and the user dashboard is simple to use yet very powerful. Great product that adds to our overall productivity.

Pros: It's easy to navigate, easy to update, and easy to customize. We're able to create multiple order lists, easily bridge orders over, and provide our customers with a user-friendly interface for ordering!

Cons: With so many SKUs and so many order lists, it would be nice to be able to edit an order sheet from the POV of the customer, so we know exactly what they're seeing and what may need to be updated.

Overall: Easy to use and does exactly what we need it to. Compatible with Quickbooks, and can quickly help populate new orders from customers.

Pros: Very easy to use and if there are ever any issues, we can always get help quickly! We mainly use this for customers to order products we store in our warehouse and it's easy to set them up and for them to navigate.

Cons: None that I know of. If anything I would say I wish the Order Bridge wasn't an additional program and was built INTO QuickBooks but it's not a deal breaker

Overall: Happy with the product! No complaints. Very easy to use and does what we need it to do. I never have issues.
