Pros: As a nonprofit, we researched a lot of softwares before choosing NewOrg. NewOrg was the only platform we found that met both our budget and our "wish list" features. If we could do it all again, we would choose NewOrg.

Cons: We initially sought a more customizable reporting platform. However, it's easy to submit a support ticket to build a new customized report, and the support team is very responsive. The reports feature has great options to help us present our data to the public and stakeholders in a user-friendly way.

Overall: We were very satisfied with our choice to go with NewOrg. The onboarding process was very personalized and interactive, and helped to make our learning curve seamless and easy. The ongoing support is a great bonus as well.

Pros: We’re incredibly grateful to the NewOrg team for their hands-on support throughout our onboarding process. From day one, they took the time to truly understand our nonprofit’s mission and unique needs. Their team walked us through every step, ensuring we felt confident and supported as we built out a case management system tailored specifically for our organization

Cons: Overall, our onboarding experience with NewOrg has been very positive, and we truly appreciate the team’s support and commitment to understanding our nonprofit’s unique needs. One area we did find challenging was the data import process from our previous database. Unfortunately, there were several duplicate records that came through, and we had to clean them up manually, one by one. While it wasn’t a major setback, it did take some extra time and effort on our part

Overall: Our overall experience with NewOrg has been excellent. From the beginning, their team has gone above and beyond to understand our nonprofit's mission and tailor the platform to fit our specific needs. Cons: There is nothing I do not like within NewOrg. Whatever isn't currently offered is typically able to be built or customized for our needs.

Overall: The NewOrg team has been incredibly supportive from start-to-finish with implementing the portal. NewOrg has spent time to scope out and truly understand the needs of our organization and responsive in building out a portal that has quite literally transformed the way we provide assistance to our stakeholders and accurately report our grant spend down, program impact, etc. I cannot say enough positive praise about NewOrg.

Pros: Customer service team is unmatched. They literally solve problems we bring to the meeting, during the meeting. Data matches every time. Reporting is clear. User experience for clients is way better than our previous system, reducing call times and email volume for our staff.

Cons: I haven't had a bad experience with New Org yet. We've worked with them on an RFP & demo, design, and implementation of complex applications and reporting. They are amazing.

Overall: NewOrg is the best and I recommend if you have a client portal, work with them to set up what you need. I hope we expand our partnership so we can integrate additional services on the platform.

Pros: The NewOrg platform is incredibly flexible. We are not their "typical" client, but they were able to customize their platform to accommodate all the quirks of our non-profit's programs, including building 3 custom portals for our stakeholders; building out custom, calculated fields that help us with our reporting; creating a variety of reports to answer the questions we need to be able to manage our programs and show our impact; and created custom solutions to help our team process client applications more accurately and more quickly. Additionally, most of those items (except the portals) were created in hours to days - not weeks to months like the other systems we have used. When we submit tickets, they are usually resolved in less than a day, and if not possible, they let us know when it will be complete. Implementation couldn't have been more collaborative, thought-provoking, focused, fun (yes actually fun!), and productive. It was truly a joy to implement this system and that's something I've never said before.

Cons: We had a few items that we'd like to customize but can't, but none are dealbreakers. I love the reports and dashboards, they're a huge upgrade over our prior system, but a few more customization options, summation options, and visualization updates would go a long way.

Overall: The best way to understand our experience is to look at the white paper we co-authored on their website (can't post link here). Can't recommend them enough. They have some things they could improve but are constantly working on them and are very receptive to feedback and suggestions.

Pros: I have had an outstanding experience with NewOrg! Their customizable software has greatly enhanced our client management system, making our processes more efficient and seamless. Working with the NewOrg team was always a pleasure. Nicholas was attentive, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to address our questions and concerns, going the extra mile to ensure we maximized our system's capabilities. I highly recommend NewOrg for any organization looking for a reliable supportive partner in data and case management.

Cons: The scheduling feature did take some time to get used to - but once we did, it became like second nature!

Overall: The NewOrg implementation team listened to our needs and concerns and built an excellent management system for our coaches. We can track client interaction, program participation, and success goals. They tailored the platform to our needs and made sure we were up and running efficiently.

Pros: Professional and pleasant service, with smooth implementation process. The product is highly customizable and competitively priced. A great fit for not-for-profit and human services organizations.

Cons: Starting the implementation process took longer than I had hoped, given that I was on a tight timeline with new partnership opportunity. That being said, once things got going, it all went smoothly and progressed at a good pace.

Overall: I would recommend NewOrg should it meet the needs of your particular organization. The product is great, and the customer support it reliable.

Pros: The price point for NewOrg is the best we could find. The functionality and features are as good as the competition and the implementation was extremely easy. The customer support has been phenomenal.

Cons: The software is not 100% customizable. But, for the price point, it is still fairly customizable and does enough not to be a deal breaker.

Overall: The overall experience to this point has been great. The implementation was a little longer than I expected, but was still a good time frame and, realistically, what it needs to be. Data import was fairly easy and the functionality of the system is great. The reports it will run are almost endless and completely customizable.

Pros: I like the ease of operating the data management system. The reporting features allow us to break out the details of the client base and build a profile of need in each region of service. The New Org team is quick to respond to any questions or changes we request.

Cons: So far, I have not found any feature or service I did not like.

Overall: The overall experience with NewOrg has been very positive. From the beginning they have built the system to meet our specifications of data reporting outcomes that Na Hoaloha depends on for fulfilling our mission in service delivery for Kupuna.
Whatever additional needs or changes we require have been taken care of without delay. The Team at NewOrg takes the time to fully understand what and why we need to have information for use in reporting to our funders, as well as, for more efficiency in service delivery to our clients. Over the years, we have come to rely on them for their expertise in technology. It is a great partnership.

Pros: We always receive quick and thorough support when submitting tickets, but we recently asked a big and urgent favor from the support team and received excellent help. We were implementing new forms into the system, which we weren't sure we would be able to do exactly as we hoped, but the support went above and beyond to ensure we were able to carry out our exact vision. It has been a game changer for us.

Cons: Because the system wasn't originally designed for the way we use it, we have to get a bit creative at times, but we are able to do this, which is great!

Overall: NewOrg is simple, easy to use, and does just what we need it to. Having engaged, thorough, and quick support makes all the difference!

Cons: The reporting application is not easy to use and the dashboard needs a re-design.

Overall: When I first started as Executive Director of our non-profit organization, I was told by the Board of Directors that NewOrg was broken. Not only was it not broken but it was even better than I had hoped for. The applications are working well and easy to use. Nick Rowan and his support team are readily available, creative, and efficient in managing the unique update requests for our organization.

Pros: The platform is designed to meet our specific needs. Tracking our daily interactions with organization stakeholders allows us to ensure we are meeting the needs of our constituents.

Cons: So far, we haven't identified anything glitchy with the system. It took a week or so to get used to working with the program, but any questions were answered promptly, and we had a user manual nearby.

Overall: The experience has been very positive. NewOrg staff has been very diligent in meeting our organization's needs.

Pros: I genuinely enjoyed the fact that this system allows for our organization to Customize the product to fit our needs in the areas of reporting, customer management, volunteer management, and so much more. We were able to work with the support team to be educated on how to use the system for our organizational needs and within each of the roles we play.

Cons: Some of the ways in which to get things accomplished are heavy in the steps and how to accomplish them, or there can be one thing that is marked and messes up the way it communicates with other areas.

Overall: I enjoyed working with Mr. Nicholas Rowan. He listened to our staff, he worked with our organization and was able to work through any issues that we had. It was great to work with him and his team, we appreciate that they worked so diligently with our team to deliver the product that we were seeking to enhance the productivity of our team. I am thankful that we have been able to continue to work with Nick as he has a great personality! Thank you so much for your fantastic customer support Nick!

However, with some learning, it becomes incredibly useful. As for cons, certain features tailored to our organization's specific needs are not yet available for implementation. Nonetheless, NewOrg is actively updating and improving its system, and I'm optimistic about the potential benefits of new features as they become available for enhancing our organization's operations.

Overall: With the outstanding assistance from NewOrg staff and Mr. Nicholas Rowan, our implementation support, we have successfully developed a custom CRM system tailored precisely to our organization's needs.

Pros: An unbelievable development team that not only tolerated numerous and tedious requests but went out of the way to customize a product that works best for us. Because of NewOrg we have been able to reassess and revamp our operations and programs to not just manage better but to help our clients better. Producing data for funding sourcing has improved greatly as well.

Cons: We have yet to experience any negatives from product or service.

Overall: Product has far exceeded our expectations. We met with several software providers/developers and we would have had to reshape our programs to fit their software. NewOrg understood our field and went fare beyond what other providers would offer to customize their software to our programs.

Pros: NewOrg is completely customizable. The staff at NewOrg worked with us to create a software package that fits our needs perfectly. If you are a small non-profit looking for an affordable completely customized software package that meets all your needs NewOrg is the solution.

Overall: We are very satisfied with NewOrg software. We are a small non-profit organization that were looking for an affordable customized case management solution and NewOrg is that.

Pros: Allows you to create your own custom fields which apply to Customers or to their particular records.
You can build any number of reports your own way, changing the column names, ordering, sorting. And for things that are more complex you can drop in a SQL snippet to get exactly the data and format you want.
Lets you construct "Print Forms" which can be used for letters, fancier reports, signable PDFs, and more if you know javascript.
Has a customer facing portal. Customers have their own set of uploaded files, and can make payments online (PayPal).
Roll your own API for pulling data out.
Full auditability of who edited which record, what they did, and when.

Cons: Some advanced features require a lot of familiarity with how the site works, up to and including knowing database table and field names.
Not much documentation so you'll rely on support or curiosity to fill gaps in your knowledge. Takes a while to understand all the moving parts.
Some administrative menus aren't very intuitive.
The great ability to customize things means you'll need to spend a fair amount of time customizing.

Overall: A very interesting platform that gives you more access to your data and pages than many modern sites. There are multiple spots that enable you to write raw SQL so you can grab exactly the data you're looking for. And if you want you can make all sorts of patches on pages with a bit of javascript. Chances are that you'll need to spend a good amount of time up front thinking through the design for your workflow - which custom fields go with which types of records. But since you can configure it all on the fly you will only need to reach out to support when you don't know how to accomplish your thing. And their support has always been friendly to me.

Pros: Easy event management, excellent customer management, powerful and simple reporting and native in the web.

Cons: NewOrg took their time before getting into the API space, but their approach to enable access to the data is refreshing and logical - worth the wait.

Overall: NewOrg's product has many excellent functions, but what sets it apart from other CRM and event management systems are the responsiveness of the staff. Thank you NewOrg!

Pros: NewOrg has met the needs of our organization for more than a decade. The team is amazing and have been able to help us find solutions as the organization grows and our needs or processes change.

Cons: A few things have not been intuitive to our business model, that said with training and use it becomes second nature and has worked and we are happy. Rarely will you find a platform that fits your model perfectly.

Overall: Our overall experience has been extremely positive. The team is extraordinarily responsive, helpful and always design elegant solutions. They take the time to truly understand your needs and business and are super fast at delivering the results. Pricing is also beyond fair compared to other solutions. We have appreciated that.
