Pros: Konexus makes it easy to send messages fast to the right people using text, email, phone calls, even app notifications. I liked how we can create custom groups, like team leads or account managers, and send them important updates during crisis or a major issue. The app lets you set up message templates in advance, ask for replies through polls and track who has received and read the messages. This helped us stay better prepared during sudden traffic drops or partner side issues at our company.

Cons: It could improve how it connects with other tools we already use, like Microsoft Teams or company login systems. Also, there were a few delays is getting help from the support team when we had follow-up questions after our demo. A bit improvement in the mobile app performance, especially on iPhones, would help.

Overall: Working in AdTech, timing is everything. Konexus helped us stay alert and organized when things moved fast like when campaigns faces sudden issues or partner tools went down. It gave ys a single place to notify the right people and check if they've acted. It isn't perfect, some connections to other tools need work but for companies that need fast and clear team communication, it's a reliable and user-friendly option. I would definitely recommend it to firms that want a ready to us effective alert system without needing heavy training or setup.

Pros: What I like best about this application is that for a company that it has several employees were able to communicate easily at a time of emergency such as a hurricane, flood, thread etc.

Cons: Only downside is because email and other communication apps are still available it’s been difficult getting team on board.

Overall: Great support. Easy to use. We have been able to use this application for real alerts and not minimal ones that could be via email.

Pros: It was easy to set it up. Also, creating groups is easy and this makes our work easier since we use groups to pass information. Lastly, the KONEXUS team is always ready to assist in case there is a problem.

Cons: I cannot point to any problem encountered since I started using the KONEXUS. Despite the issue with COVID-19 making most firms operate below minimum, this one proved to be above average.

Overall: My team and I enjoy every moment of we use KONEXUS. The ease of use, excellent customer experience and reasonable pricing all give us more reasons to stick to KONEXUS.

Pros: KONEXUS is a crisis management program, that is suitable for identifying a problem anywhere. Further, KONEXUS issues alerts on time, to the relevant bodies. And lastly, KONEXUS helps is the recovery process, and this lowers the incurred losses.

Cons: KONEXUS has invested on satisfying the crisis related problems for customers, giving it a more preference rate than other programs.

Overall: KONEXUS directly respond to crisis instantly, and this helps in solving the problem immediately, and lowering the incurred losses. Again, the alerts are issued or given to the relative bodies, making it super incredible.

Pros: Konexus is wonderful application for connecting people within the organization and an additional source for providing security with instant notifications and messages to targeted audience. It is fast and reliable service indeed.

Cons: Works well and effectively for the required purpose and there are no issues.

Overall: It is a great application for the instant notifications and alert messaging within the organization and helps a lot in many other ways.

Pros: I like I can use 1 tool to segment our users and message them based on the necessary criteria, on a device, rapidly. Out IT department plans to implement this tool with RSA Archer Business Resiliency. We have some Spanish speaking partners and clients, so the multi-language messaging was nice as well.

Cons: The user experience is way above average for most software platforms. The user interface is good but could be better.

Overall: Straight-forward pricing, Lisa was great to work with. We purchased within a week of the demo. Would recommend.

Pros: There are some pros like :
-It helps to communicate with a large audience very fast.
- Notification and alerts can be sent or received to a large audience in a very short time.
-Konexus provides you a very great service and are always willing to help their clients.
-Konexus provides you videos and tools to help you understand its uses.
-They always are willing to take suggestions and requests to make the system better all the time.

Cons: There are not many cons to mention:
-It could be more useful if Konexus integrated with other system.
-And it could be more customizable.

Overall: Overall Konexus helped a lot to send notifications and alerts easily to a whole lot of different groups.
I would like to say once you use it you will love its functions and its speed of communication.

Pros: We have been using Konexus App for a few years now as our emergency notification. It's working well for us. It satisfies our business needs and provides our large user base with the capability to send /receive alerts globally. We rely on the app a lot. It's gotten stable over the years. Appreciate the team at Konexus as they provide a great customer experience, always available when needed, and respond to issues very promptly.

Cons: I can't point out anything specific. It's worked well for us and has been very stable and efficient during Covid times.

Pros: The application is easy to use and the Konexus staff provides amazing customer service. Konexus is open to making modifications when possible to fit the customer specific needs.

Cons: The Konexus application is easy to use, I would like more control to make changes in the online platform.

Pros: The software is very user friendly. We have set up various "groups" that facilitate sending out messages to targeted audiences.

Cons: Sometimes I have had issues with attaching links to notifications, but I have always gotten it worked out by getting in touch with our contact.
Also, would like to see a "random" feature added to the "recurring" messages option on AlertSense. This would allow you to click on specific dates for a recurring message that do not fit a regular recurring pattern such as (daily, weekly, etc.)

Overall: We use this product for internal and external notifications. It has proved to be a timesaver in allowing us to disseminate information to employees and/or the public in either one-time or recurring notifications. Communication in running our business is literally at our fingertips!

Pros: This company thrives at customer support and building amazing products! The price is unbeatable as well. Overall great company!

Cons: Sales staff changes, so it takes a little time to get back to you.

Pros: Konexus is equipped with exceptional security and tracking addons and helps significantly in keeping a good check on employees health and safety which makes it a wonderful tool for the enterprises. It gives access to contents from different different platform such as RM & BCP right through our mobiles and management can send messages to targeted audience on crisis need basis.

Cons: The application is good for mobile platforms but uses a bit high memory which causes slowness in the devices, otherwise Konexus is a perfect tool.

Overall: My experience while using Konexus has been pleasant and it has provided me lot of helpful addons, which I was looking for over years for better security and crisis management at work.

It works great specially for the organizations with large employee database and provide systematic threat alert with wonderful mapping ability for every single employee on the basis of Geo locations and real time physical positions of the users.

Cons: It has been a source of feeling secure for every user and have no issues in it.
