Pros: I use a number of modules: Projects, Document Management, CRM and CMS. The platform is all integrated so data automatically links throughout the system. In a previous firm the Enterprise Document Management solution was difficult to use and sluggish - sharing files with external parties was very difficult. Now managing all sorts of documents with teams and clients is a breeze and search is really fast. Building beautiful content with the CMS is very quick and simple. The CRM holds all message threads so at a glance we can manage relationships.
Cons: Email templates for newsletters are missing but will come in the next version.
Overall: My colleagues also use the full real estatement management, with accounting and invoicing - it's a great all-in-one platform.

Pros: My team's key focus is operational efficiency and analytics to support sales, which are very dependent on process automation. Since using IDprop we have strengthened customer retention as well as various efficiency ratios. We also liked the fact they listened and were willing to customise analytics for our needs.
Cons: No tool to post property listings on property sites.
Overall: We're very happy with the software. There are multiple benefits. I hope you find this feedback useful.

Pros: Maintenance management has now been streamlined. Owners and tenants can request work orders, which we accept or reject. Booking external suppliers is extremely well done. We select time frame, job types and payment preferences and only get shown the top 3 lowest cost suppliers. The system calculuates all those hidden fees to make sure we only view suppliers with rates already approved. Suppliers can accept jobs, add parts and we approve parts before the jojb starts with automated supplier invoicing. The supplier confirms if they suspect tenant damage as well. Tenants and owners can give feedback. There are many controls built into the system, which reduces a large proportion of our workload meaning less admin staff to run our business.
Cons: Not sure. The main features we needed were already in place.
Overall: For our department this is hands down the best maintenance software we've seen. While others track jobs they lack the checks and balances offered by IDprop.

Pros: Working in business development seeing lead contact details doesn't cut it. I need depth: Precise requirements of each lead. IDprop nailed this. Tenants select preferences from a huge number of options. Tenants enter precise requirements: not only location and RSF, but for Commercial they can enter lot size, if they need building class, on-site maintenance or concierge. Industrial tenants can select lot size, minimum docks and clear height. Retail clients can state is they need break points while Residential have maybe 30 options like close to transport, AC, pool, gym, garden, balcony, parquet etc. When vacancies arise we select property and get a list of all matches and when a tenant calls we select tenant and view their matches in seconds. Detailed reporting lets us services owners much better than before.
Cons: There is no feature that automates posting new properties for rent on 3rd party websites/social media.
Overall: For sales, marketing and business development, this software is excellent. The rest of our team handle onboarding, contracts, payments, accounting, maintenance and so on - all within the same software.

Pros: I manage residential and self-storage properties efficiently and easily with this software. Vacancy and lead searches are powerful tools while most of the hard work behind maintenance management is now automated. I am only shown approved suppliers and approve all spare parts before an order is finalised to ensure we keep a lid on budgets and avoid nasty surprises. With invoices based on system pricing this also saves our accounting dept. time. The CRM feature is very handy and to check tenants are satisfied, we have access to unlimited surveys.
Cons: A map layout of each storage unit would have been nice but I'm told they're rolling this out in the next version, which means they listen to user requests.
Overall: Great piece of software. Ask for a demo. You won't be disappointed. Support and Consulting are both excellent. During set-up they spoke to different teams to check our business processes were being correctly represented in the software and made minor changes to this effect. It's this kind of personalisation that we appreciated. This is not the norm for off-the-shelf software.

Pros: Comprehensive coverage of all asset classes; in-depth functionality and reporting and user-friendly interface. Maintenance Management is better than competitor products and includes several measures to reduce fraud risk. Running daily activities is far more efficient than our previous software.
Cons: We have no complaints. Cannot think of any drawbacks.
Overall: We are very happy with the software and expect to stay as long-term clients. Software should save us time, provide all relevant functionality and be easy to use. This ticks all the boxes.

Pros: Not many providers cover all property types. Most are residential only. From those covering all types, we found functionality more compelling and appreciate their willingness to customise during implementation and on-going. We manage the day-to-day of leasing, payments, maintenance, vacancy and lead mangement and have in-depth reporting. It handles contract signing with e-signing for multiple parties, document management, invoicing and accounting. One feature that stands out is vacancy search and lead management. Tenants enter precise requirements: not only location and RSF, but Commercial (e.g. square foot, if they require concierge/onsite maintenance); Industrial (minimum clear height/number of docks) Retail (eg if they want a breakpoint); Residential (over 20 options eg gym, balcony, parquet, wheelchair access). Enter one tenant and output all matching properties. Enter one property and output all matching tenants in seconds.
Cons: Credit checks for companies are not included so we use the regular credit agencies for this part.
Overall: Excellent all-in software - no complaints. It covers all our needs and more. It's easy to use and quick to get tasks done. We definitely recommend it.

Pros: Easy to understand and quick to use. The dashboard is great to get a quick overview. Surveys are also nice.
Cons: Can't think of anything. Not sure what else to say.
Overall: We're a group of professionals renting and our agent gave us IDprop. It's user-friendly and was so simple to book a repair job.

Pros: Willing to customised, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, CRM, online bookings and payments.
Cons: Cannot think of negatives. They go out of their way to satisfy our needs.
Overall: I own and manage a couple of Storage Buildings. IDprop was recommended. I was impressed with their ability to customize. AP and AR are simple to manage even for those who aren't accountants. I get instant insights into leads, vacancies and for the first time my own CRM all in one platform. It also handles bookings and payments. You should definitely check it out.

Pros: Excellent maintenance management, CRM, invoicing, reporting, esigning and dashboards for property managers, owners and tenants.
Cons: We've been using them for a few months and have no complaints.
Overall: We provide full service Property Management and use IDprop for all our software needs: CRM, lead management, bookings, onboarding, esigning, automatic invoicing, accounting and maintenance. We've used all these features. They work well and it's easy to use. Support is also very good.

Pros: Everything is automated. We know at a glance how the business is doing, number of vacancies, CRM, payment reports and there's a very useful valuation tool to short-list new acquisitions. Messaging is a definite bonus.
Cons: Surprised I didn't come across them sooner. Perhaps they need more press.
Overall: We are using IDprop storage software to manage a few hundred units across a few sites. It helps the business run itself and really frees up my time letting me focus on new acquisitions.

Pros: Real-time data, great dashboards, one system for everything, secure messaging, saves a lot of time and easy to use.
Cons: Can't think of anything. Everything was as advertised.
Overall: We run a small portfolio of residential properties and recently changed property manager as we needed real-time data on payments, vacancies, arrears and maintenance. We also wanted to consolidate our communication with the Property Management team and tenants and email securely. Now we get encrypted messaging.
