Pros: The ease of setting up without need for support on their side. The trial is good but problems come after. Read the cons below.
Cons: (1) Interface. UI/UX - Not easy to change tables, or have a bird's eye view of reservations for the entire week or month. I had to view day by day.
(2) SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE. They are accessible when they try to get you to sign up. But if you try to cancel subscription, everyone avoids you like a plague. I have been trying to get my subscription cancelled since the end of last month and I either get responses like "we are looking into it," "the request has been forwarded to your account manager," "your account manager just got married and is on holiday" and other excuses. Please set up an "away" message on your email response, or get someone to cover you if you are going to be away for an extended period of time.
(3) The pricing plan is not attractive. Prices escalate quickly because either the SMSes run out or the # of covers run out. And the jump to the next pricing tier is steep.Overall: Will not recommend at all. Please read the cons above. Having a reservation app with local support could be a much better way to go.
