    "Great product - very flexible"

    Pros: Can be integrated with just about anything that has a command line.
    Well designed, runs autonomously, very little operator input required.
    Compliant with our security requirements.
    The data transport portion is reliable and fast.
    Allowed us to automate processes both on the server and the remotes with one product.
    Can piggyback multiple tasks inside a single session.

    Cons: The UI could be a little better, but once we set the product up, we rarely need to go into it anyway.

    Overall: Well designed, adheres to current security standards including PCI, very reliable. Extremely flexible.
