    Pros: Call recording and clarity.
    Analytics.
    Ease of use and setup.
    Real time cue cards to help the sales person.
    Robust integration with CRMs and Callers.
    Upload call features.

    Cons: Transcription quality is sometimes bad but on par with the other competitors.

    Overall: Value for money and great ROI. Ease of use and a clean UI. Helps me go back to the calls and listen to the recording and read the transcripts. The analytics is very robust and helps me understand where to improve as a sales professional.

    The two way sync with HubSpot makes life very easy.
