NetTime is a simple, free time synchronization client for Win32, providing a client and server for SNTP and RFC868. Its main claim to fame is that it is small, simple and unobtrusive.

Transmission Remote GUI is a cross-platform desktop client for managing the Transmission BitTorrent client remotely. It offers a user-friendly graphical interface to control torrents on remote or local Transmission instances via its RPC interface.
