After an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our return policy

Similar to in-stock times, products with lead times are charged in full at the point of sale. This allows us to reserve the product with the manufacturer.

To cancel orderes with a product with a lead time, contact customer service, and we'll do our best to cancel the shipment. We'll confirm your cancellation through a personalized phone call or a conveniently delivered email and process a refund providing the order has not shipped. Please be advised that orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
