RDS-127 je lek koji se koristi u naučnim istraživanjima. On deluje kao agonist D2 sličnih receptora,[3] a manifestuje i serotoninske i adrenergičke efekte,[4][5][6][7] kao i antiholinergičko dejstvo.[8][9] U životinjskim studijama on pokazuje anoreksično dejstvo i stimuliše seksualni nagon.[10][11]
