Solana withdrawal stuck. Casino don’t want to pay.
I requested a Solana withdrawal of 70 SOL (Withdrawal ID: 34267174929) more than 48 hours ago (already two full days). My KYC was approved long before.
According to Riobet’s own website and help center, the Pending status should be processed from 5 minutes to 24 hours. I have now waited more than twice that time.
During these two days, support has given me completely different and contradictory answers every time:
• “Successfully processed on our end and sent to the payment gateway”
• “Additional check of payment details needed”
• “Additional review is ongoing – the standard 24-hour timeframe does not apply”
• “We don’t know the reason and cannot provide any timeframe”
• “All communication is handled only through support, we cannot expedite”
They keep saying the payout “does not depend on them” and ask me to just wait. I have all screenshots of these conversations.
It feels like they simply do not want to pay my 70 SOL. This is very bad experience and clear delaying tactic on a crypto casino that advertises fast payouts.
I will update this review if/when the money finally arrives. Currently I cannot recommend Riobet for withdrawals.
