A five star experience from the very helpful guys at Orpington branch. Only initial disappointment was the predicted 3 day wait for the tyres to arrive. (ordered online Friday, expected Wednesday). After phoning the call centre this was moved forward to Tuesday but I received a call from Orpington branch on Saturday morning to say the tyres had arrived. Whether this was luck or good judgement I don't know but either way, I was extremely pleased and grateful. Well done and thank you.
