They keep trying to charge my card AFTER I deleted my account — twice
Avoid Zeely.ai if you value control over your own money. I deleted my account and considered the relationship over. Weeks later they tried to charge my card $79 anyway. I assumed it was a one-off glitch — until it happened a SECOND time, on an account that no longer exists.
This isn't a "billing misunderstanding." An account that has been deleted should not be billed, period. Twice is not an accident — it's a company that either doesn't actually delete accounts when you ask, or doesn't bother checking before running your card.
I've now had to send them a formal notice demanding they stop billing, confirm termination of any agreement, and delete my data under GDPR, because customer support clearly isn't going to fix this on its own. If you're considering signing up, think hard about handing this company your card details — getting them to actually let go once you're done with them appears to be its own project.

Relatively easy to use
Relatively easy to use. However, we are not looking for the american angle in the video. The editing before you go live with a video take a lot of time which you are paying for. No real bang for your buck just yet however we are a work in progress.

I would prefer that tokens not completely reset every month, but I understand they don't want users suddenly overloading the servers with accumulated tokens. Human features are sometimes inaccurate (e.g., feet swapped or an extra finger), but I'm able to correct these.

It has been a great experience. The videos generated have been rather accurate. A small glitch with the pronunciation of my name, but this was fixed immediately.

I'm a retired album rock radio DJ. I wrote a book about my years in radio and meeting the love of my life when I was 65. I gave Zeely some copy, but honestly, Zeely created 90% of the copy and photos from my website. I entered my website address, and they did the rest. I couldn't be happier with my results.

Easy to use with great creative tools
Zeely has been easy to use and has given me a lot of creative options for advertising my products. I especially like being able to create professional-looking video ads without needing video editing experience. The tools are straightforward, and I've been impressed with what I can create on my own. I'm looking forward to using it for more of my advertising.
