Zero communication must be a scam site I’ve sent 3 emails zero response I ordered product 10 days ago and nothings updated. I tried messaging on their website with no results as well id stay clear ill change my review if something changes but doubt it will!!!

Leveransen drog ut på tiden, appen för spårning uppdaterade aldrig informationen om varan. Appen Shop - väldigt dålig.
Men.... Varan levererades efter en tid - denna reservdel till min Bosch flistugg angavs som utgången ur sortimentet hos Bosch.
Jag är trots allt väldigt nöjd då maskinen endast är 1 år gammal, kostade cirka 6 000 SEK. Den hade varit oanvändbar utan utbytesdelen. Kan absolut tänka mig handla av er igen! Men - gör gärna något åt er funktion för spårning av beställd vara.

However the contacted me and there was a miscommunication and issue with the delivery of the package. Once back at their warehouse they resend it and made sure I would get it. And yes we did. The customer service department did their upmost effort to make it right and we have our goods.....Need to be fair and edit this review back to the 5 star. They made it right and did the effort to give the service.

This order was returned, and the case was reviewed and closed through the appropriate official channels in line with our Terms & Conditions. We don't discuss individual cases publicly, but our team remains reachable through our official contact channels.
Recommended
After a week of ordering, they said the item was out of stock but there was a delay issuing a refund despite my multiple emails. I had to open a case with Paypal.
Edit: They've contacted me now and explained what happened (technical synchronization issue between Shopify and PayPal). They have also issued a compensation fee. All good now, and I'd recommend them, although I'd advise them to have a better communication with the buyers.

Professional Company- Good service
Here is a positive update.
I had a bad experience with delivery of a product and very little communication. Now the company (Zozozon) has contacted me, and they apologized. They explained that due to a delay in updating their systems there was some confusions , if the order were shipped or not. I think this is a honest mistake, and I am glad they now informed me.
Furthermore they offered me that the transaction could be reversed, even with an extra payment, which I accepted and the money has now been received. Although I had of course wanted to receive the order/item and hoped for a bit more information earlier on, I am very pleased with the way they have handlet the misunderstanding.
I am therefore very satisfied with the service they have provided. Therefore, I am also changing my review to 4 stars and will use this positive experience to shop with them again. Well done 😊
