Placed order, was told 3-5 weeks. Then no able to get a response at all. Never use, avoid at all costs. Thankfully Paypal refunded.
PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I return a bag that had not been opened , now they are saying that the bag has makeup on it , and have charged me 10%, l don’t wear makeup so how did it get there it wasn’t taken out of the packaging!!, scammers , didn’t look at the company reviews before hand , which was an error on my part because if l had l wouldn’t have ordered the blood bag. STAY WELL CLEAR

This website is not legit the listing the items that they don’t have in stock and taking the money from your account and never sending that actually. I have ordered three Kirkland trousers on the 3rd of July and the only email I received on that day is My purchase is on hold until they can confirm the payment. I paid through PayPal and the money was taken from my account on the 13th. I never received any communication from them. Tried contacting them from their website enquiry page twice but no response. I contacted them by phone on the 23rd of July and the person talk to me sounds dubious. He said their order was cancelled as they didn’t have it in stock but no one informed me. And they couldn’t refund so I’ve tried to open a resolution with PayPal and I was surprised to see that they provided a tracking number for PayPal and it actually said the item was delivered on the 6th of July which was in true it was a FedEx tracking number. I checked with FedEx and they couldn’t recognise the tracking so I would stay away from this website these scammers.

Its really amazing
Cancelled my order and stated "declined payment" as the reason. Payment did go through and it appears the item was shortly taken offline suggesting they didnt even have it in stock. Appeared to be dodgy from the get-go with text copied from the Costco website! stay away!
basket consistently added more quantity than requested.

They don't come much worse than this firm. They can dispatch an order within hours but delivery takes 10 days, now that's what I call total incompetence.... you can't cancel the order, apparently you have to wait for the item to arrive at your door then tell them you din't want it.... Good luck in the future.
