I placed my order, it arrive, the packaging was insufficient so the contents damaged.
One bottle had no label on it whatsoever!!
I should have known that if something sounds too good to be true it usually is.
Returning the order, but Customer Service can not confirm I will get a full refund??
They are 100% at fault and need to take some responsibility and accountability.
I think, and only an opinion, the replies are "AI" Generated...so come across as patronising and somewhat insulting.

A company that actually deliver on what they advertise! Ordered the 5ml starter pack, to see if it was worth a further purchase. Had some great comments on a couple of the fragrances, so I bought the 3x100ml deal. It arrived by first class delivery within 2 days, amazing!

The perfume smells amazing and a good match to the brand but sadly it fades off within an hour which is such a shame

Received aftershave at 09.30 but there was 1 bottle short
By 09.45 Pedro had sorted the problem and I received the missing bottle 2 days later.

Good selection of both popular and niche fragrances. Prices are exceptional and delivery was fast. Scents are high quality, last long and smell almost identical to the designers. I ordered 3 bottles and they accidentally shipped me one I didn’t order; upon writing to customer support it took them only a minute to respond, they immediately sorted my issue, fastest customer support I’ve ever experienced (thanks Pedro!)

Had an error with my billing and shipping address and the parcel would have gone over 100miles away. Managed to get that sorted out within minutes by Pedro (one of the assistance staff) and now my order is coming to me.

This company are professional liars.

After I exposed what happened, they replied to me privately claiming they had cancelled my free 30ml bottle because I had placed an order with them years ago and therefore wasn’t entitled to the free gift. What they conveniently ignored is that they had already checked my account, confirmed I was eligible, and even sent me a code to claim the free bottle.

That’s not all. My basket originally contained four bottles for £29.90 during the promotion. They emptied my basket, and when I asked why, they falsely claimed that my order was placed after the promotion had ended. In their response to me they have hide why they emptied my basket.

The truth is that they kept me waiting for two days while they carried out their so-called investigation. After those two days, they admitted I was entitled to the free gift and sent me the code—but by then the promotion had ended. As a result, they told me I could only buy three bottles instead of the four that were available when I originally placed my order.

So they delayed me until the offer expired, then blamed the expired promotion. In my opinion, this was simply a way of avoiding giving me the fourth bottle I was entitled to.

I hope the extra profit you made by denying me one bottle was worth losing a customer. It’s disappointing to see a company behave shamelessly and lie in this way in very cheap way just for the sake of one bottle a company who cheat just for a bottle costing couple of pounds is a cheap company not worth to trust.

I ordered from the scent reserve for the first time last month, my order arrived promptly and I’m happy with the way the perfume smells and lasts.
one of the bottles was for a present and I have just discovered it had been leaking.
I’ve emailed the company and Pedro responded promptly and has been very helpful in sorting out my problem.

Placed my first order. An error was made and one of the fragrances was incorrect. I emailed customer service and got an immediate response (less than 2 minutes) from Pedro. Who sorted out a replacement within 5 minutes. Amazing Customer service. If only all companies had a Pedro! The fragrances smell amazing.

The smells of the aftershaves are pretty much spot on as copies of the brands and do smell really good. However, they hardly last an hour. I see reviews of people saying it lasts 4+hours but it just isn't true. It smells so strong when you first apply it and you would think it would last ages but it fades after about 30-60 minutes. My deodorant was more noticeable than the aftershaves halfway through the day.

Had an issue with my order and it was handled and set right within an hour of me reporting it. Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service from Pedro couldn't fault him.

Lovely scents that smell like the originals. A small mistake in my order but was rectified in full on the same day of reporting. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
