Would definitely recommend this company. The booking process was easy and fast. They kept us updated with communication from quote through to who our driver would be, car etc and then the driver introduced himself, let us know he was enroute and when he had arrived. Our driver Asif was great company on our journey to the airport. Super friendly. We will be using them again.

This was an absolutely fantastic service! Tem was really kind and attentive and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation (getting 11 suitcases and a child to the airport in the pouring rain) a smooth and enjoyable experience! And so reasonably priced (honestly, it felt like a luxury service).

I used this service earlier this week and I’ve already recommended TA Transfers to friends and family.

Communication was great throughout and the payment options made everything really easy. The driver messaged me around 12 hours before the transfer, which was reassuring, and he arrived on time.

The vehicle was clean and comfortable. My son loved the LED lights in the ceiling, and refreshments were provided for the journey too.

The journey to East Midlands Airport was smooth and stress free, and I couldn’t fault the service at all.

First time using TA Airport Transfers and would definitely use again. Communication was good, from getting the quote to answering all our questions and finally making the booking. In our case it was a return trip to Heathrow, and Sal was on time (both trips) and the car was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe at all times. Highly recommend.
