Best deal ever!! Parking pass two blocks from the concert for a fraction of the price of normal parking and dirt cheap compared to event day parking.

The communication on their side was phenomenal. I have never used a second hand reselling platform and found out about them through Instagram but I am so happy that I trusted them because everything went so smoothly. Definitely recommending to friends and family !

Grazie a viagogo, sono riuscita a vedere per la prima volta dopo 13 anni Ariana Grande, la mia artista preferita. Non sono mai riuscita a prendere dei biglietti dai canali ufficiali di vendita e, nonostante le remore per il prezzo (circa 3x) e i controlli stringenti, mi hanno trasferito il biglietto su AXS ed è risultato valido al concerto. Mi avete aiutata a realizzare un sogno e per questo vi sarò sempre grata.

It was a bit expensive but the experience was awesome

The rep who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I received my tickets after there was an error in my email when I entered it and because of that I did not receive my ticket. I was so busy and did not check for it until I was almost at the venue. He contacted the seller and stayed on the phone until the transfer was done and I had my ticket in front of me. Excellent customer service.

Instantly received my e-ticket after purchasing it. Thanks

Ho acquistato dei biglietti per il concerto di Ariana Grande del 24/08/2026 a Londra. La procedura di acquisto è stata semplice e mi era stato consigliato di scegliere un rivenditore con la stellina accanto al nome, in quanto considerato un “Top Seller” e quindi ritenuto più affidabile, con maggiori possibilità di ricevere il biglietto acquistato.
Fortunatamente è andata proprio così: il biglietto è arrivato due giorni prima del concerto e, alla fine, ho potuto vivere un’esperienza davvero bellissima.
C’è però anche una nota negativa, che riguarda il trasferimento dei biglietti. Il trasferimento era disponibile da più di due mesi, quindi i rivenditori avrebbero potuto trasferire i biglietti molto prima, ma questo non è avvenuto. La situazione mi ha causato parecchia ansia, anche perché alcuni miei amici avevano acquistato i biglietti da altri Top Seller, sempre tramite Viagogo, e li avevano già ricevuti.
Ho contattato numerose volte il servizio clienti, sia tramite chat sia telefonicamente. Ogni volta mi veniva detto che avrebbero contattato il rivenditore per sollecitare il trasferimento, ma, di fatto, non è mai successo nulla. In alcuni casi mi è stato persino promesso che sarei stato ricontattato via e-mail per ricevere aggiornamenti, ma quelle e-mail non sono mai arrivate.
L’unico agente che ho trovato realmente sincero mi ha spiegato chiaramente che non avrebbe potuto fare nulla, perché Viagogo, come azienda, non gli permetteva di intervenire in quel modo, aggiungendo che, se altri operatori mi avevano fatto promesse diverse, non erano stati sinceri con me.
Paradossalmente, è stato proprio in quel momento che sono riuscito a mettermi l’anima in pace e ad aspettare, anche se con molta ansia, fino alla ricezione dei biglietti.
In conclusione, sono molto felice che tutto sia andato a buon fine e di aver potuto assistere al concerto, ma credo che la gestione del trasferimento dei biglietti e, soprattutto, la comunicazione da parte del servizio clienti debbano essere decisamente migliorate.

I purchased tickets for Ariana Grande’s concert on 24 August 2026 in London. The purchasing process was simple, and I was advised to choose a seller with a star next to their name, as they were considered a “Top Seller” and therefore supposedly more reliable, with a higher chance of receiving the ticket I had purchased.
Fortunately, that’s exactly what happened: the ticket arrived two days before the concert, and in the end, I was able to enjoy an absolutely amazing experience.
However, there is also a negative aspect that I feel is important to mention, concerning the ticket transfer. The transfer option had been available for more than two months, meaning that sellers could have transferred the tickets much earlier, but they didn’t. This caused me a lot of anxiety, especially because some of my friends had purchased tickets from other Top Sellers through Viagogo and had already received theirs.
I contacted customer service countless times, both via chat and by phone. Every time, I was told that they would contact my seller to chase up the transfer, but in reality, nothing was ever done. In some cases, I was even promised that I would receive an email with an update, but those emails never arrived.
The only agent I spoke to who was completely honest with me explained that there was actually nothing he could do because Viagogo, as a company, did not allow him to take any action in that way. He also told me that if other agents had made me different promises, they simply hadn’t been truthful with me.
Ironically, it was only at that point that I managed to make peace with the situation and decided to wait, although I remained anxious until the tickets finally arrived.
Overall, I’m very happy that everything worked out in the end and that I was able to attend the concert, but I believe that Viagogo’s handling of ticket transfers and, above all, its customer service and communication, definitely need to be improved.

Best seat at the BTS Arirang tour:Chicago, someone recommended at the bts group and I took a chance and bought floor tickets 4hrs before the concert, I saw them so close, I have a blast! and now I’m recommending viagogo to my friends, btw I got the tickets 10min after I paid

I received the tickets early in the morning, so I was able to visit the vendors posted outside the stadium. The tickets were for the Patio section, great view and sound. Incredible experience!

Buying the event ticket was easy.
However when I tried to purchase a parking pass the message indicated that there was a delivery issue.
It did not explain what the exact problem was and what I could do to fix it.
So, you lost business and I was aggravated.

Dieses Unternehmen hat für mich schon fast kriminelle Züge. Mir wurde eine Bestellung bestätigt, die Zahlung abgebucht und dann die Bestellung storniert, sodass ich keine Konzertkarten erhalten habe. Meine Beanstandungen sind ins Leere verlaufen, da es seitens Viagogo einfach hieß, die Zahlung sei ihnen nie gutgeschrieben worden. Mien Kreditkartenbetreiber und meine Bank konnten selbstverständlich das Gegenteil beweisen und somit habe ich nach mehr als zwei Monate mein Geld rückerstattet bekommen. Eines steht fest: NIE WIEDER VIAGOGO

Everything was great, ticket prices were decent in some areas but the company takes too much percentage for the handling fee. I was looking at cheaper tickets because I didn’t want to pay thousands of dollars for the show but the handling fees made it become very very expensive no matter what the ticket price was.
