I’m extremely disappointed with this product and my overall experience.
I had purchased tirzepatide from this company before, and the quality was much better. This time, after spending over $1,000 on my latest treatment, the product and even the injections felt completely different. Unfortunately, I noticed little to no effect compared to my previous orders.
It honestly feels like I’m injecting mostly vitamin B12 rather than the medication I paid for. I feel like I completely wasted my money and have lost my trust in this company.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them. I strongly suggest going through your health insurance, a licensed medical provider, or another reputable source instead.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. However, after carefully reviewing the details, we do not believe your review accurately represents the care provided by our team or the circumstances surrounding your treatment.
The medication referenced in this situation was not prescribed for your personal treatment plan and was not intended to be used by you. Our team specifically advised that medication should only be used by the patient it was prescribed to and only according to that patient’s provider-directed protocol. Because treatment plans are individualized, using medication prescribed for someone else, especially at a dose designed for a different patient’s starting protocol, will not produce the intended results and is not something we can recommend or support.
Despite these circumstances, our team still attempted to help by offering a price concession so you could move forward with a treatment plan and dosing protocol appropriate for you.
We strongly disagree with the characterization that the medication “did not work” or that money was “wasted” when the medication being discussed was not prescribed for your individualized protocol. Your review is an unfair assessment of the care we provide and misrepresents the efforts our team made to support you.
LaSara works with experienced providers who have over 15 years of metabolic health expertise, and we use reputable pharmacy partners that provide high-quality compounded medications. We stand behind the quality of our care, our providers, our pharmacy partners, and our patient support team.

I love this company and their employees, I have spoken to multiple different employees with different questions and concerns and they are ALL very professional, happy to help, and it always seems like they enjoy what they do and helping me with my questions or concerns. 100/10 recommend! My life has already improved dramatically and I’ve been working with them for a month. They are amazing and very helpful, transparent, and punctual with appointments.
