Great service as usual from Glow Green. Really helpful friendly staff. Ollie came and serviced our boiler recently. He was really professional, prompt and helpful .

On time and courteous, Luke is just a great guy

MY first experience with Glow Green, was when when I bought my combi boiler from the company.
My experience of honesty, from the outset of the sale process, from dealing with the sale assistant and his maninger was invaluable.
I cannot forget Luke the service guy, an absolutely
pollute friendly young man who did a good job
when he serviced the boiler September 4th 2026, after my being reminded by the customer service DepT. that it was due. Luke the service man, was also able to give good advice when I ask him. I also asked him if he could return nextime?

Patrique called up to let us know what time he would be coming, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very polite and keen to let me know exactly what he would be doing and how long he would be. This is the second time he has serviced our boiler since it was installed. Hopefully he will be able to do it again as I would trust him to do a good job every time.

The whole appointment system is easy and well managed.

Engineer arrived on time, was professional and very informative

The engineer rang advance and confirmed the appointment time and date and his ETA on the day he also kept to that time was very professional in his manner polite and courteous giving information when requested absolutely a credit to the company I also received my gas safety certificate by email within 15 minutes of the appointment concluding an excellent service given all-round

The engineer called ahead to let me know he was on his way, which gave me great peace of mind. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite and helpful, and efficiently serviced the boiler. Excellent service overall!.

Fantastic 5 star solar panel experience. The team were great from start to finish.

Overall the the work done was done in an efficient manner and the teams performing the work were really good from the Scaffolding to the Roofers to the Electrician all worked really hard and kept everything neat and tidy and kept us informed and happy to answer any questions.The office team were first class , big shout out to Liam who has been fantastic.The only part that was dissapointing was on the scheduling where we had 3 appontments cancelled. But overall really god job and we are very happy - ideally i would have marked as 4 1/2 out of 5.
