my withdrawal applications were always delayed for half a month by "data review" and the UK customer support recommended that I open a "priority channel" saying "pay $50k USD deposit and the channel will be open". I believed them and paid the fee which was supposed to be my mortgage. after a few days, the channel was still not open and my application was still stuck on data review and after contacting customer service for the second time, they said my deposit had not been synced and that I should wait for 3 days. after 3 days, I realized they had blocked me and I had merely become a victim. a lot of credit goes to lotusVEL as I did not waste time in taking legal processes and they proved to be the best.

Similarly, the company's mechanism allowed me to withdraw the bonus without depositing credit and deposited $50 into my trading account, meaning the automated system approved it.
I hope the company will respond as soon as possible so we can discuss the problem, as they are not replying to any messages.

To traders worldwide: do not use the Emarmarket broker. You will never get your withdrawals paid out because this is a broke broker with no capital and slow response times; traders will suffer significant losses if they use Emarmarket. Here is my experience: I deeply regret participating in Emarmarket's no-deposit bonus (NDB) offer. I completed over 35 lots, and all my trades lasted longer than the required 5 minutes (exceeding the 3-minute minimum). I finished the account requirements in 4 days, well within the 5-day limit. However, when I tried to withdraw my profits, the request was rejected—allegedly for violating terms and conditions—without any explanation or avenue to file a complaint. This hasn't happened just to me; many of my colleagues have experienced the exact same thing.

My personal experience with EMAR Markets was quite disappointing. I received a $50 credit from the platform. I used that credit for trading and traded with it for some time. However, later the $50 credit was removed from my account.

If a promotional credit is provided and users are allowed to trade with it, the terms and conditions regarding its removal should be clearly explained beforehand. In my experience, this process did not feel transparent.

My account was recently suspended after a profitable trade on XAUUSD after profiting of approximately USD 56,000. Following this, the broker claimed that my trading behavior constituted an “abnormal pattern” and classified it as a breach of their trading terms. Despite requesting a detailed explanation and evidence supporting this decision, I have not received a clear justification showing how my trades violated any specific clause of the Client Agreement. All trades were executed manually, based on my own market analysis, without the use of any automated tools or technical manipulation. The broker has stated that all profits will be voided and that my deposited funds will not be refunded, which I believe is an extremely serious action. I am currently seeking a transparent review and fair resolution of this matter with LotusVEl and we have made reasonable progress. I am sharing this experience to document the situation and to encourage other traders to be caution when dealing with this broker.

I paid $15,800 as a startup fee, with the guarantee that I’d make it back in 1 year, or I would get a refund of the difference (as long as I held at least 30k in the account for the full year)… I put in $40k at the start, and never withdrew… I even have texts from the sales rep that told me if I was eligible for a refund at the one year mark, I would have the option to keep using the bot.

The 1 year mark comes, and the account had only made around ~7k profit (with also close to $20k in drawdown, so really the overall account was not up at all)… When I requested the partial refund to at least recoup some of my startup costs, this is when the bait and switch happened - they told me if I claimed the refund, I’d be forced to forfeit my use of the bot and manually deal with the open positions… In other words, their “money back guarantee” is them keeping whatever profits your account DID make over the year, while you incur 100% of the drawdown as a loss.

This broker has 50 USD no deposit bonus, once you reach the withdrawal amount of 150 USD profit. They denied you withdrawal saying you have breached their terms and conditions. It is not a transparent broker.
