Chatted with the agent, very helpful i thought, great information on flights and hotels, now there is an extra £234 added. When I confirmed on thr phone several times that the cost was the full price he said yes. Sent details to confirm names hotel flight etc but didn't mention the added lines below in addition to the cost I agreed on the phone. Not happy would be cheaper booking with an agent or yourself after the additional fees are added. Do not use Cheekytrip in my opinion

Watch out for CHEEKY TRIP. SCAMMERS.Today 4/9/26 they gave a price then at the end of booking procedure they doubled the price. They lie and say they cannot cancel so called the bank to stop payment.
They do not have online booking.

Avoid this company! Do not use them. They will cheat you out of money. In my case they used lies to con me out of £150. As all of the reviews confirm, this company cannot be trusted. I am amazed that they are allowed to continue trading, but it is because they play the system and know the loopholes to use.

I saw a holiday advertised on their website. When I phoned them the price quoted over the phone was £2000 for flights, hotel and transfers, which was dearer than advertised on the website but I expected that so was ok with the verbal price. So I went ahead. First they used their email address to book our flights with Ryanair, but they got me to make the payment directly to Ryanair. Then they asked me for a deposit for the hotel, which I paid. After paying for the flights and making a deposit they told me that they were not able to book the hotel I wanted because their price was based on a double room and the hotel only had suites left. They wanted £600 extra for the hotel. This was a complete lie, because the hotel we wanted only does suites. They don’t do double rooms. I told the rep that, but he denied it. I told him I was not paying £600 extra. They then offered me an inferior hotel for the original price offered. They insisted that it was the same quality, which just wasn’t the case. I refused that option and asked for a refund. Cheekytrips said they would refund me the deposit, minus a £150 service charge for booking the flights. I didn’t agree to that and said I would contact my credit card provider to get them to help. I couldn’t get a refund for the flights, because I had paid for them direct with Ryanair by that time, and it wasn’t Ryanair’s fault that Cheekytrips were trying to con us out of £600 extra.

I contacted my credit card provider regarding the deposit I made. Shortly after that Cheekytrips did refund me the whole deposit. However, they had used their email address to book the flights, and although I had paid for the flights directly, I couldn’t get the booking reference number from Ryanair without entering the email address used to book the flights. Guess what, Cheekytrips wanted £150 to give me the booking reference numbers for the flights otherwise I wasn’t able to use the flights despite having paid for them directly. I contacted Ryanair but just couldn’t get the booking reference from them without the email addressed used to book the flights. This is a loophole that Cheekytrips use in order to blackmail people.

I eventually had to agree to pay Cheekytrips the £150 to get the booking reference for the flights, so that I could still use them. They would not accept the credit card that I used to book the flights. They insisted that I had to use a different credit card. This is so that you can’t then make another chargeback claim for the £150, because you can’t link the payment to Ryanair to the payment to Cheekytrips. Again, another scam trick. Cheekytrips will say that the £150 I paid them was for a service that they provided, booking the flights for me. However that was only ever on the understanding that it was part of a holiday for £2000. They moved the goalposts after booking the flights, knowing that they would be able to either charge me an extra £600 for the holiday, or get £150 out of me for booking the flights.

In the end I used the flights that were booked, and I booked the hotel I wanted directly. The overall cost was similar to the £2000 Cheekytrips originally offered. The downside was I was scammed out of £150. Lesson learned. I wish I had read the reviews before engaging with these scam artists. I see that some others have been scammed out of a lot more money.

You will find that they never want to put anything in writing my email. Only ever want to communicate by WhatsApp using limited text. All designed to protect themselves.

Surely time for Trading Standards to close this scam company down. Cheekytrips….. cheeky something anyway!

Sales rep Radj not only scammed me to pay more then double my budget but also promised Flights, hotel, all inclusive and transfer… noticed on confirmation email their was no all inclusive nor transfer (had call on speaker phone and my partner next to me) txt Radj regarding what I thought was a mistake, he ignored txt, called cheekytrips several times and promised three times someone would call me back, no one bothered, finally managed to speak to someone that told me they had played back the recorded call and that he never said it was with transfer included, complete lie. Disgusting how they operate and should be ashamed of their tactics, utterly disgusting. NEVER USE CHEECKYTRIPS EVER AGAIN, COMPLETE SCAMMERS
Not sure how or why you question the review posted, I’m not the only person you have scammed… your sales representative Radj was told my budget, 2 people, flights, transfers, hotel and all inclusive, he bullied and tricked the total from 397 to 920, told me I would loose deposit if I pulled out, scared of loosing almost £400 and facing disappointing my daughter I agreed to pay another £520 ( which I had to borrow) discovered he had also added a low deposit charge of £18/ person, one’s confirmation arrived I discovered it was only flights and hotel ( txt’d Radj whom surprisingly did not reply) called numerous times before someone said she would email the all inclusive vouchers, still no transfer. Called again and was told someone would lissen to the call and give me a ring within 48 hours, obviously did not happen, 4 call’s later and I’m told Radj never mentioned transfers being included ( he was on speaker phone in the car and my partner was there) surprise, surprise recordings are not shared with me… disgusting how you deal with your customers. And now you also have the nerve to ask me to explain why I’m unhappy and given you a bad review on trustpilot . You should not operate at all. Never again will I use you

Please stay away from this company as I tried to book online price . But when doing so it’s not available looks like a scam comparison website and I do a lot online booking . My answer is look elsewhere before you put your credit card details to this company . Another thing is add ons and maybe no such holiday even though when asked under the law they clearly state on holidays trading standard law has nothing to do with them so my advise if you want to take a chance then do but if you want to get ripped off then stay away and look at a good site many thanks for reading .

The holiday we saw was exactly what we wanted - weve been to the hotel before. We paid the flights and hotel fees in full when we booked - 29.7.26, the following day the agent called to say that the standard room type we wanted wasnt available, and we would have to pay 298 per person more for an upgrade to deluxe. ( total we had paid was approx 1400) -I contacted the hotel who said the standard rooms were still available. Easy jet and other travel agents were still advertising the standard room.
Only then did we check the reviews for cheekytrip - just about all of them said the same scenario had happened to them too. We said we weren't prepared to pay the extra - on easyjet website it was only £29 per person more to upgrade to deluxe room. They offered several alternative hotels, and every one had very poor reviews, so we declined. Within 24 hours of the booking supposedly being made, we told the agent, from Holiday Global/Flash Holidays that we wanted to cancel
I researched my rights and found that as it was the agents who were breaching contract, the whole fees paid should be refunded in cash, no credit notes or vouchers. The other option was for the additional charge to be met by the travel agent.
I quoted these regulations and provided evidence by WhatsApp message (their preferred form of contact) email, telephone, however I could.
The majority of the time they didnt return calls, there was no customer service department.
One agent called it a concerns team, the next person I spoke to didnt know what i was talking about - there is no concerns team!
Its taken 15 days to get a partial refund, Travel Package and Linked Travel Regulations 2018 say the refund must be paid in full within 14 days...
They have told me to apply for the flight refund via easyjet, knowing that you cant get refunds on flights - I also sent evidence of this to them.
Cheekytrip deny association with the agencies who advertise on their sites, and threaten to remove negative feedback - although I have sent them all of the evidence too.
My advice to anybody is dont bother with them.

This company is a scamming outfit,We first booked our holiday with cheekytrip unfortunately we didnt red the reviews,we have had no end of trouble trying to get our money back.We booked for hotel greenland in ocavik then was told theres no standard rooms and was told we would have to pay £299 per person to upgrade.This was a lie as my partner actually rang the hotel and to upgrade was £29 per person.We are still trying to get a refund.Avoid this company its a scam.

Once the holiday was booked they ignored my messages and calls. The first day of my holiday I had to sleep in the airport as the hotel didn’t have my booking till the following day for hours I tried to contact them and had no response. I emailed, sent what’s app msg and called I got no where. I also had to pay single supplement but my room was a single room so shouldn’t have been charged for a double.
Horrible experience won’t be booking with these again

They are a scam, because you go to book and you think you are getting a good deal but your not, you pay for the holiday then they say you have to pay for these extra charges after you have paid for the holiday and they say you don’t pay for the extra charges you can not get your money back from them, so you are forced to pay the extra charge or you lose all the money you have paid for your holiday. Then it get to be very expensive holiday instead of a cheap holiday.and if you try and say you want your money back they say it’s nonrefundable, and when you say it’s out of order they say if you don’t pay for the extra charges you will lose your money.

My husband booked through this company. I wish I had checked the reviews first but thought I would leave it all to him.
He booked and paid, then a call to say the hotel wasn’t available and gave us 2 other options to pick from. We made our choice…..then an email, the hotel is not available. They then offered a hotel in completely the wrong part of the island that we wanted. We had no choice at that point to accept and we were getting a bit fed up. Another email, hotel not available. Eventually we got a hotel in the resort we wanted and it was ok.
The airline seats were not what we were told were booked.
The last email stated ‘no complaints or further changes accepted’ as if it was all our fault. When you do try and speak with someone, they don’t listen and talk over you.
We are well travelled but this was our worst booking experience in over 40 years!

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I booked a holiday and paid straight away after being given a price, believing everything had been confirmed. Shortly afterwards I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. I had to keep chasing for updates and was repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened.

Eventually I was informed that the holiday had not gone through because the accommodation was no longer available, even though payment had already been taken. This was shocking and frustrating, especially as I had every reason to believe the booking was secure. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue properly, I was passed from one person to another and given conflicting information each time I called.

The communication was poor, the customer service was unhelpful, and I felt like I was being sent around in circles. I spent a lot of time making repeated calls and waiting for responses that never came. In the end I had no choice but to accept a refund, but that did not make up for the stress, inconvenience and disappointment caused.

This holiday was meant for my daughters, who had arranged annual leave and were really looking forward to it. Having to tell them that it was no longer happening because the booking had not been secured was heartbreaking. The whole experience caused unnecessary upset for my family and left me very dissatisfied with the way this company handled the situation.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Seems like a great idea but when you get in there and chat it’s a completely different story, The increase is sometimes triple the listed from price, where’s the saving or deal?

I'm sorry Ceekytrip but that was a very poor response and sadly, it goes with my original review, your website is deeply misleading and bordering on a scam site! Really not impressed or happy with how you promote yourselves. Please tidy up your business, not impressed at all.
Advertised price nearly doubled because I was a solo traveller! Advertised price £240 for one through their website, ringing up and wanting to book suddenly became £450! How?
It was an all inclusive trip I wanted to book so as a solo traveller, I was not going to eat twice a smuch, drink twice as much and I certainly don't need two seats on the plane.
This company are disgusting at best, they say their website says "Prices from" but when you have filled out the information, you expect to be close to what they should be confirming, not here! Scam? Possibly, dishonest? Definately!

⚠️ Quoted £398 – then told £714 after my card was charged. Check everything in writing before you pay.
I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
I was quoted, and had confirmed to me on request, a total holiday price of £398. Based on that confirmed price, I proceeded. At no point before payment was I told about additional service charges or costs.
When asked to confirm the booking details, the total had become £714 — £79% higher than the price confirmed to me. I refused to accept this. However, by that point the flight element (£249.06) had already been booked and charged to my bank card. I am now left with flights I cannot use for a holiday I never agreed to at that price.
When I complained, I was told the £398 price was “no longer available due to supplier availability.” Yet in earlier conversations, both the agent and their manager told me the £398 price had never actually been available, and that service charges were always going to be added at the end of the process — something I was never told before paying. In my view, these two explanations cannot both be true.
I was offered a revised total of £599 with a £100 voucher, which I declined — I had agreed to £398 in good faith and see no reason why I should pay more than the price confirmed to me. The company’s final position was that honouring their own quoted price would cause them a loss, and they consider the matter closed.
I am now pursuing recovery of the charge through my bank and have referred the matter to Trading Standards.
My advice to anyone considering this company: get the full, final, all-inclusive price in writing before any payment is taken, and do not allow any element to be booked until the total is confirmed. I wish I had.

I went to turkey through cheeky trips the company I booked through was galaxy ,stay well away from this company , the hotel wasn't fit for a dog let alone the food , they never sent me my travel voucher so got a taxi which cost £100 ,rang them the next day and the guy tried to say I'm a liar I never book transfers , then I emailed them asked for my vouchers for transfer back to airport ,no problem. Made a complaint when I got back in UK they said they would look into it , but never did , shocking. Cheeky trips should have some kind of helpline and a complaints form ,but the don't 🤬😡🤬😡

I visited atlantica imperial resort in Rhodes Greece it’s one of the most beautiful and amazing hotels I’ve ever experienced and was my last adults only hotel I can highly recommend a lot also use this hotel for honeymoons, engagements, birthdays and simply a luxury holiday! Amazing area amazing staff amazing island would 100% go again highly recommend!

Holiday advertised at £168pp. Contacted to book and price went upto £240pp. I asked why. I was told its price from. I said ok what Holiday is £168? As if its advertised there must be 1 available? I was asked if this was my 1st Holiday im trying to book then called a cheeky bas###d from advisor and told him i have the screenshot of this he said good.. unbelievable.. advisor name was Edmund..

Hotel Ambassador Playa 2is fantastic, we regularly stay here, the food is great there is always a great choice of delicious food, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the cleaner was excellent always fresh clean towels and the room was spotlessly cleaned every day, the staff were brilliant, especially the bar staff in the Tropical Bar where we were very well looked after I can't wait to return in November
