Terrible online store.

I returned my items worth 300 euros. They haven't refunded me, so I initiated a chargeback with my bank.

Do not order online from APC.

La roba puzza di fábrica ! Servizio clienti orrendo . Non ti vogliono ridare i soldi dei resi , devi mandarli 30 mail forse dopo un mese, li hai . Negligenza , poca professionalità è assolutamente non vale i prezzi che chiede .

Squeezed a lemon at the restaurant and got a bit of the juice on a completely new pullover. The lemon juice immediately discolored the fabric. In over 40 years wearing clothes, this never happened to any garment I owned. APC customer service says its not their fault. They also don't offer anything to resolve the issue (e.g. a discounted replacement). 200 euros wasted on a pullover that discolors immediately when touched by lemon juice... Questionably quality, terrible customers service.

Un t-shirt APC acheté sur yoox il y a 2 ans et porté à peine quelques fois. Heureusement je ne l'ai pas payé cher mais la qualité au fil des ports est assez médiocre. Le col commence à gondoler et le tombé à rebiquer.

J'ai des t-shirts norse project, majestic filiature, fincut, polo raph... qui tiennent mieux dans le temps et la qualité suite aux lavages. Même uniqlo fait mieux. Ce n'est pas une marque qui me donne envie de reprendre des produits aux rapport qualité prix

Honteux comme marque! On m’a offert un sac qui s’est abîmé (lanière décousue et la fermeture s’est oxydé). Il refuse de réparer la lanière car mon sac a 3 ans. Leur garanti est seulement d’un an.. c’est honteux pour un produit qui coûte ce prix là avec une qualité aussi nulle.

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit die Tasche „Le Neige“ gekauft und musste sie reklamieren. Sie besteht innen aus Velours-Leder, das sich immer mehr auflöst. Die Konsequenz daraus ist, dass alles, was man in der Tasche transportiert voller schwarzer Fusseln ist, die wie Gummi haften und sich überall verteilen. Am Anfang dachte ich, das Problem wird mit der Zeit besser, allerdings wird es immer schlimmer. Mittlerweile kann ich die Tasche nicht mehr nutzen. Leider erhalte ich keine Antwort vom a.p.c. Kundenservice zu diesem Fall. Für eine Tasche für 450€ und einen Shop, der generell hochpreisige Sachen verkauft, habe ich mehr erwartet. Dass der Kundenservice gar kein Statement dazu abgibt, ist schwach!

I was generously gifted a £300 bag bought in-store, but when I went to return it, I was hit with this brand's awful anti-consumer rules. If you are buying a gift here, beware:

❌ No Refunds: Zero cash or card refunds for in-store purchases.

❌ 14-Day Limit: Credit notes only, and only if returned within 14 days.

❌ Useless Online: The credit note cannot be used on their website.

❌ Country-Locked: You can only spend the credit in the country of purchase.

Because it was a gift, I am now stuck carrying a £300 credit note back to a physical store instead of simply picking an alternative online. Definitely think twice before parting with your money here!

Great store - HORRIBLE e-commerce experience.

Love their physical stores in France and Netherlands, but e-commerce and support willingness from Customer Support is the worst. I have been to 7 DPD locations to return my product and they can not accept the parcel (locker rejects or store no longer work with DPD). Customer service advised me that if I do not find a solution, I need to keep their product...

J'ai accumulé plus de 800€ d'achats auprès d'APC en un an pour accéder à leur programme de fidélité offrant un jean gratuit. Malheureusement, après avoir atteint ce seuil de dépense, APC a modifié unilatéralement ses conditions : le jean a été remplacé par un sac. Bien que j'aie contesté cette situation, le service client a refusé de m'accorder le jean promis initialement. Il s'agit donc littéralement de publicité mensongère, et indirectement de vol. Je n'achèterai plus chez APC.

La qualité de mon Pull APC en laine n'est vraiment pas bonne, après deux lavages mon Pull peluche déjà !
La qualité est très proche de la qualité Monoprix mais beaucoup plus cher.
La qualité de mon jean n'est pas top non plus, après plusieurs lavages il est tellement usé qu'il se déchire...
Dommage car bien coupé.

I hope I will manage to get my money back. My order was never delivered!

If there was a zero stars I would give it. Had numerous issues with deliveries from them. Cant access their link to "leave in a safe place" as the link is dead. I waited in today specifically for a delivery, only to find a card in the letterbox saying failed delivery! I was 3m from the front door and didnt hear a knock. Lazy and incompetent. When I inevitably have to drive to the depot to collect, the staff are indifferent too.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience buying directly from the official A.P.C. website. I received a defective bag, which is already unacceptable considering the premium price and brand positioning.

What made the situation worse was the customer service. Instead of taking responsibility for their own quality failure, they shifted the entire burden onto me. I was asked to print multiple shipping and customs documents at my own cost, organise the return myself and deal with international shipping requirements. No compensation, no real assistance, no effort to make the process easier for the customer.

For a luxury brand, both product quality and after-sales service were far below expectations. This experience felt stressful, outdated and highly unprofessional.

I will not purchase from A.P.C. again and would not recommend ordering from their official website.

Helemaal niet oplossingsgericht. Na meermaals te mailen wordt de ‘case’ gesloten. Nu ik deze score zie snap ik het meteen.

Prix en hausse qualité en baisse !!, mais c'est surtout le service après vente qui est une catastrophe.

APC promets des points fidélités et des articles offerts, puis coupe la page web qui permettait de les commander en disant que "ca va revenir bientot" et ça fait deux ans !!

Terrible costumer Service & SCAM! Did Not receive my items but they are still trying to charge me for it!

I ordered jeans online for delivery to a pick-up point. The order never got delivered and was sent back to the sender. I sent several emails, and none of them received replies! Whenever I called the customer service, I could not get to them, as apparently they are never at work, even though I called during their advertised working hours! The order has now returned to them, but I still have not received a refund. I will report them to the French Consumer Protection Agency. Never purchase anything from A.P.C.!

I received a clearly damaged bag months ago. After countless emails, the company initially offered only a discount, which I didn't accept. They later admitted a production issue but refused any type of exchange, claiming all their 2025 bags (in that particular style) had the same problem - yet funny enough, they continued to have them for sale on their website. They promised a one-time full refund, but after returning the purse and charm, I was only partially refunded.

Since then, no one really responds with a reason and solution. Their system says your case “needs review,” but follow-ups never happen in a timely manner. Selling defective products, refusing exchanges, and keeping promised refunds is unacceptable. Simple issues that could be solved over the phone drag on for months via slow email responses.

Do not buy from this company unless you’re prepared to keep it.

UPDATE: I just heard back from the company -they will not issue my additional refund, claiming their “cameras” show the purse charm was not returned. I am 100% certain both items were packaged together when they left my hands, in fact, I even took photos before hand of what was in the box.

It’s wild (and convenient for them) to withhold someone’s funds this way. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

NOTHING is worth the headache of this company’s customer service and their refusal of returns or exchanges.

Sent 1 tshirt in a package that was meant to contain two. No response to two support emails sent in a week. Doing a chargeback. 0/5 stars AVOID unless it’s though a reputable retailer that stocks.

sac rangé dans sa pochette... (et je suis tres soigneuse avec mes sacs, par exemple je ne les pose jamais par terre et je les bichonne) le sac était neuf. Je le sors pour l'utiliser. la tranche de la anse à déteinte sur le cuir du rabat extérieur ! je doute fort des teintures utilisées... sac inutilisable !
Au prix vendu et au vu de l'image qualitative que veut se donner APC, il serait très appréciable d'arrêter d'utiliser des matières à bas couts avec peu de qualité pour faire de la marge.

bref j'ai l'impression de mettre fait volé.

dernière fois que j'achète chez apc.
