Not quite there.
The print on some of the printed stickers had drifted off-centre from the sticker, and not really usable. The stickers are also difficult to peel.
Delivery was delayed by a day without explanation.
Otherwise, simple to order, and mostly a nice product.

3 e-mails not even the courtesy of a reply!
Order # 61100275480 stuck in "processing" for 10 days - no response despite 3 messages politely asking for an update! Order was approved within minutes of placing the order on 21/08 and for last number of years similar order for the exact same labels have always been shipped within 3-4 days.
We appreciate that delays can happen. What is difficult to understand is the complete lack of communication.
A simple reply would have been the professional and courteous thing to do.

Great printing but let down by the courier who failed to deliver to the express deadline. In a way it's UPS who have failed but maybe the printer needs a better courier

Poor quality
The quality of the stickers are not worth the amount you pay for at all. Also make sure you check your emails even if you’ve ordered next day delivery as they will require a quality check from you personally, they don’t do this themselves.
