The new Henry head wheel came off first time of using then the plastic pipe joining the head to the vacuum pipe split and had to be repaired with gaffer tape so it could be used

I bought Harry pet hoover and couldn’t be more pleased. Brilliant suction and picks up all the hairs! I had a Henry previously but then became beguiled by other brands, glad to be back.
4 stars as for whatever reason I never received a confirmation of order email, that lead to some uncertainty until DPD informed of delivery.

Mr Henry frame isnt all that!!!!
The service was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the actual metal frame keeps coming away when hoovering. I phoned customer service and they are in the process of sending out a replacement free of charge. Praying the new frame works better!!!

A great product
A great product - one issue is that it is so good at our age we found it hard to push around a tight knotted carpet due to the incredible suction.
