ZERO STARS THIS IS A SCAM. No products were ever received. The email says it's delayed, "in transit" for over 30 days, no response from customer support. And the, bam, thank you for your order! Another debit on my account for another order. Absolute scam!!!!!!

Took forever to receive first order. A week after first order arrived I got notice they were sending out the second order in my subscription. That was weeks ago and I have still not received it. I have however been charged! I would not recommend ordering from this company at all

Ordered in May 2026 and haven't received anything. No one is getting back to me. Spent 150.00 and nothing a waste of money don't order for them. Could gone out for a A NICE meal instead. They are thieves!!!! SCAMMERS.

Zero stars. This is a scam. If you place an order, they will send you information that your order is shipped. It will take about a month and “customer service” will be rude saying there is nothing they can do because of “shipping delays”. You will get a notification that your order has been delivered but if you look at the map for the delivery address, it’s not even close to your house. You also will NOT have a package delivered. The “company” will then ghost you.

Not off to a good start
I haven't even gotten my product but the customer service is horrible. Item hasn't even shipped. They have not responded to my emails. Either of them. I'm so glad I did a one-time purchase. Can't even imagine how it would be to try and contact them to cancel. And, I hope I like it because it would probably be worse trying to get a refund.

I placed an order towards the end of May (it’s now June 3). I got an email that it’s on the way on 5/27, but when I click on the “Track” button in the email, there’s an error page. So I can’t track my order. I also tried to go to the website to inquire with them to figure out where my order is, and it says the shop doesn’t exist. Seems like this is a scam *DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM*

I ordered a product that said it was delivered with no proof of delivery. They resent another delivery. I never received that delivery. This company is a big scam.
And of course, there's no customer service to talk to worst company.I ever dealt with on the internet.Scam scam scam

I place an order on April 14 2026. They HYD Express to ship internationally. On May 16th 2026 I received an shipping update that my order was delivered. However I never received my order. A whole month of waiting, just to be con.

Waited quite a while for my order but received just what was advertised. Packaged well and my Granddaughter is absolutely thrilled with her Needoh. Thank you Wellora

What I received looks nothing like what was advertised. The product shown is a solid, multi-function cleaner — what arrived is a cheap, flimsy plastic piece that barely works.

Completely misleading. On top of that, there’s no clear way to contact them for a refund.

After checking reviews, it’s obvious this is happening to a lot of people.

Avoid — total waste of money.

This is a scam. Payment taken and no product delivered. My trusted app for tracking delivery never received information for my order. When contacted, argued that they had proof of delivery and stopped corresponding without showing what that proof was.

I ordered and waited 3weeks still haven’t see my order. I sent them a email asking about my order, all I got back was “the order was delivered”. Now I don’t even know who else to ask about my order. They didn’t try to help track my order. They are a big scam, don’t ever buy from this company. I will put more reviews other platforms, so people can stay away from this scam company and not to buy anything from Wellora ever!

They’re a scam, they’re false advertising. Do not buy from them!

I ordered one thing and received some thing different. The adverd Stat proudly made in south Africa but is got in ported, so had to wait a long time for it after stating delivery is 5 to7 business days. L order leak shield that is a spray buy got leak repair cream withe a brush that does not work the Sam as advertised. I have send mails but no replay from them and today is 11/12/2025and still nothing.

I used it one day left a circle burn with blisters on the skin where I put the patch I have tried many times contacting via email to wellora and sent pictures no response

Ordered products and paid.
Product shipped from China.
Took nearly 2 months to arrive in town. Post Office in SA is nearly non-existent. Was lucky when we received the goods.
Then i had to pay import taxes which was not disclosed when ordering.
Never again.
Ad showed South African company.
Misleading

Ive ordered capsacare from them and out of there own thry took a R800 from my acc again for a next order same day i contact them to cancel order they just reply after about a week to let me know its a subscription they never mention it in the advert the capsacare dont work for my problem anyway im disgusted with them after 2 months argue with them they decided to give me R188 back what a scam company wont recomend them to anyone

Was skeptical too, but don't bite the negative bait. I placed my order on the 8th of Sept and received it today the 14th of Oct. Took long yes, but it arrived

this is a scam, order placed and then zero contact. you cannot get hold of anyone, emails are not responded to and different info email from different webpages. do not order anything from them. get your money back from your bank. they are a scam
