無料と記載ありますが嘘です。勝手にサブスクにはいらされ、5月の一度利用したのみで42000円もとられました。同じ月で2回も請求されており返金を求めましたが返金には応じません。詐欺サイトです。キャンセルポリシーを読めとしか問い合わせしても言われません。二重請求については何も返答がありません。最低です。

I used the service once to edit my resume. I later discovered recurring charges of $39.99 per month.

After posting my experience here, ResumeLeader asked me publicly to contact their support team. I did so several times, but they repeatedly refused to refund the recurring charges.

I also asked them to provide evidence showing where and how I explicitly agreed to a recurring $39.99 monthly subscription. They have still not provided that evidence.

ResumeLeader responded to this review and asked me to contact their support team. I did exactly that. Their support team has now refused to refund the recurring $39.99 charges and simply referred me to their refund policy. I have asked them to provide evidence showing where I explicitly agreed to a recurring $39.99 monthly subscription

I feel I was misled and charged $79.98 for a subscription I never intended to purchase.

I used ResumeLeader once on June 27 for a one time resume service and have not used the service at all since then!

I was then charged $39.99 in July and another $39.99 in August.

I contacted customer support several times asking for a refund and for evidence showing where I explicitly agreed to a recurring $39.99 monthly subscription.
Instead of providing this evidence or escalating my case to a supervisor, they repeatedly referred me to their refund policy.

I am requesting a full refund of the $79.98 charged for two months I did not use!

I got an update from customercare and got the complete refund . Below was the exact mail from customercare.

With that in mind, I want to assure you that your subscription is fully canceled and your refund has been processed successfully. You can expect the amount to be credited back to your account within 14 business days. In the meantime, I recommend checking your account balance, as refund notifications may not always be sent out.

If the funds haven’t arrived after 14 business days, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch. I’ll be happy to assist further.

It is a scam.The merchant operates a subscription trap.I paid a small fee for a one-time document trial document.The merchant hiddenly enrolled me into an automatic monthly recurring plan of $39.99 without my explicit ,unambiguous consent or clear visibility during the checkout process.

Furthermore , no mandate authorization notification was sent prior to this debit.

On complain,the merchant has formally refused to issue a refund.

Unexpected charge after a 7-day trial – very disappointing

I signed up for a 7-day trial and did not intend to continue with a paid subscription. I was then unexpectedly charged a surprisingly high renewal fee.

What makes this especially frustrating is that the renewal price was not clearly disclosed when I signed up for the trial. I had no idea the renewal would cost this much, and it was a significant and unexpected charge.

I noticed the charge immediately, canceled the subscription, and contacted customer support to request a refund. However, they repeatedly refused and only referred me to their Refund Policy.

I specifically asked them to show me where the renewal price was clearly disclosed at checkout, but they never actually answered that question. Instead, they kept repeating that website payments are non-refundable.

They even offered me a free two-year subscription instead of a refund, which I did not want.

I had not used the service after the renewal and canceled it immediately after noticing the charge. I understand that subscription terms exist, but the renewal price should have been made much clearer.

Very frustrating experience. Be extremely careful with the trial and automatic renewal.
