Large purchases were credited then clawed back. Do not use them.
Have 2 large cashback transactions that were credited then clawed back without reasoning. I emailed to ask for an explanation and they never responded.
I made sure those purchases were eligible according to the terms and conditions as I have been a long time cashback site user.
Those were the first and only 2 transactions I have had on the site, both were credited then clawed back. I have had success getting cashback from buying the same items on the same website using other cashback platforms (topcashback / rakuten). Therefore, I would highly recommend staying away from this site. Will also open a case with the BBB.
