Nisha was an excellent point of contact and responded in a very timely and efficient manner to all my emails and was very helpful. Got our t-shirts delivered in good time, excellent quality and its all great :)

We order with Print.Inc regularly because their quality and turnaround are genuinely hard to fault. This latest T-shirt run was no exception, and a big part of that was down to Nisha, our account manager for the order. She kept us in the loop at every stage, letting us know what was coming next, what we needed to provide and when, and handling everything between us and the printers. It took a lot of the stress out of the process. The T-shirts themselves came out brilliantly too, the screen printing quality is exceptional. Really happy with everything!!

From Awesome Merchandise, to Print.Inc, to Print.Inc, Powered by Involution, make no mistake, these guys have not changed. They run one business into the ground, going into liquidation, leaving customer orders unfulfilled, before they miraculously rise again a few months later under a different name.

Im starting to question if this business is some kind of front because they are so incompetent its hard to believe they actually have any intention of running this as a genuine print company.

From greetings card orders sent with the wrong envelopes 2 times, on 2 separate occasions, to prints coming out the wrong colours, not being checked before shipping, and poorly packaged, then the staff blaming you for their print errors even though your files are perfectly fine and print correctly anywhere else.

No progress updates or even a dispatch email with tracking information, your order just arrives randomly! So you better hope you're available when it decides to show up, and remember to film yourself opening the package so they can't blame you if it arrives damaged, which it probably will when they pack business cards loose in a cellophane bag!

Cheap work isnt good, and good work isnt cheap. If you plan to use Print.Inc to save yourself some money, just know that you will need to add at least an extra 2 weeks onto your project timeline, because when your order inevitably arrives with problems, their 'customer service team' will send you in circles for days, from one department to the next, then claim that so and so already sorted the issue with you... when they've not even responded to your email for 3 days.

I give it a year before "Print.Inc, Powered by Involution" goes the same way as its predecessors.

I ordered some postcards for my business and they were printed quickly and look amazing. great customer service also. I will definitely use again.

Ordered a bunch of tees as my first run for my brand. At first communication was great, Tom was super helpful throughout, I made payment and then after that communication was very slow. This was not Tom's fault and throughout he was super helpful, but when he wasn't in the rest of the team were not helpful at all.

I had one proof of the shirts in 2-3 weeks, of which I asked for multiple changes, that email got ignored twice until I finally had to email again and say it. Tom was then back in and sorted it out. However, I'm not sure if it was the design team's fault or not, but the proofs took forever. One proof in 2-3 weeks is not normal practise.

I got told sizes were okay, then weren't okay, then were okay again, I asked questions that weren't being answered, and on a separate order of business cards and packaging supplies the quality was awful compared to what I have had in the past from them. Colours that were completely off and not what I ordered, and the postcards loosing all of their strength from what they were like before. Ultimately, I put my trust in them for my brand and I had to cancel the order because I did not trust it would be up to quality and I couldn't delay anymore with very slow proofing, ignored questions and bad communication. It was too much of a risk for me.

Extra stars for the fact that Tom did send the payment team to refund me same day no problem, I was expecting a back and forth but that didn't happen, so now just waiting for it to come through. Also because Tom was a great employee and really helpful, and based on reviews I have seen on here too, is one of the reasons that people seem to be having a reasonable time with PrintInc/Involution. Had I not cancelled, maybe in the end the shirts would have came out okay, but if the process to get them proofed was representative of the quality they would be, I would not trust it.

Fast delivery amd good print quality. I got stickers done ☺️

It as great working with Nisha and the Print.Inc team. They got great merch items that you won't find anywhere else.
