Do not trust this website! I used their service for what was advertised as a simple 1-dollar trial. However, without my explicit consent, they used my payment details to enroll me in a hidden, high-cost subscription. To make matters worse, they processed the unauthorized fee as a 3-installment payment plan on my credit card.When I contacted my financial institution, they informed me that since the original installment plan was already approved, the future monthly charges could not be stopped. I was forced to cancel my credit card completely, pay for a replacement card, and accept the financial loss of the remaining installments just to prevent them from stealing more money from me.This website uses deceptive billing practices and dark patterns to trap users into unwanted recurring payments. Avoid putting your card details here at all costs. It is a complete scam!

Obviamente le doy una estrella porque no le puedo dar -5. Solo quería pagar un PDF de 1€, y en algún momento pinché donde no debían y me cobraron 50€ de la suscripción mensual. Estafadores. ¡No metáis nunca un método de pago en esta página!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with PDF Customers.

I made what I understood to be a one off payment for the service. I was not aware that I was consenting to a monthly subscription or automatic renewal. A much larger amount was subsequently taken from my account, and only after the transaction had gone through and I received the bill by email did the automatic renewal appear to be indicated.

I contacted customer support immediately to explain the situation. I was told that the automatic renewal was listed in their “featured section.” However, I do not believe this was made sufficiently clear at the point of purchase, and I certainly did not knowingly consent to a recurring monthly payment.

Rather than refunding the unexpected charge, I was offered lifetime free access to the service, which I declined as this does not address the issue of an unauthorised recurring charge.

My bank has since offered to investigate the transaction, and I have also requested that my account and information be removed.

Pure criminals! You think you pay about an Euro for a single view and you, ll be charged 50 euros next each month! BTW why is there no zero-rating available??

Betrug… auf gar keinen Fall nutzen. Lässt sich auch nicht kündigen. Betrag bei Bank reklamiert und Karte gesperrt! Anders geht es. Icht.
Nirgendwo einen Vertrag zugestimmt oder Rechnung bekommen. Keine Möglichkeit des Widerspruchs (eu recht!!) … keine Möglichkeit der Kündigung.

Abonnement de 49€ malgré la résiliation ! Arnaque

They converted my file, I paid the small fee and then later they tried to charge me $49.95. Luckily I didn’t have the money in the account I used so it was rejected. How are they still allowed to do business? Yes we should read the fine print but in Reality who reads all of the fine print? Especially when it appears from the website that all you have to do is pay a dollar or $.60 or whatever the fee is to do this one time transaction you’re not thinking oh let me make sure they’re not gonna bill me $49 later.

Am plătit un document cu aproape doi dolari, mi-au făcut abonament ascuns, și mi-au retras după patru luni 250 de dolari!!!!!
Refuză să-mi dea banii înapoi, mi-au făcut abonament gratuit pe viață!
Reclamație la bancă, FTC USA, și la Visa!

Absolute scam. I wish I had researched this company before using their product. The product worked, but I was surprised to see a €49.50 charge the next month. Do not trust, do not use.

WARNING!!! PLEASE PLEASE DONT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE. I HAD CANCELLED MY ONE TIME SUBSCRIPTION OF $1.95 BUT THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT WITH AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE OF $419. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I COULD NOT EVEN USE THE PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND STEALING FROM PEOPLE.

Charged my card 71.40$ without my consent then attempted to charge my card 200$ luckily was caught by the fraud department. Still fighting to get the 71$ dollars back. Scummy business.

Wollte nur ein einziges pdf bearbeiten (Kosten CHF 1.50). Abgebucht wurden aber CHF 46.45 (1.50 + 44.95). Ich habe das erst gemerkt, als im nächsten Monat wiederum 44.95 abgebucht wurden. Moderne Banditen!

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Nutzung funktionierte nicht, gleich wieder gekündigt, resp. auch dies funktioniert nicht. Nun muss ich mit meiner Bank dafür sorgen , dass die mir nicht haufenweise Geld vom Konto abbuchen. (bereits 3x in einem Tag geschehen!!) Hände weg von diesem Angebot!!!
One star is still too many! It didn't work, so I canceled it right away—but even that didn't work. Now I have to work with my bank to make sure they don't take a ton of money out of my account. (It's already happened three times in one day!!) Stay away from this offer!!!

Scam site die afschrijven onder een naam die niet aan een site is gekoppeld, de echte site waar een abbonement loopt is Files editor.com, hier kun je het abbonement stop zetten en afmelden, doe het maar want anders schrijven ze maandelijks die 50,- euro af

Same with everyone else, the website clearly says one time payment and somehow auto subscribed me. I was scammed 3×69.96SGD.

Thank God I checked my bills from the mail and saw an odd transaction, they are literally like parasites eating away your money

Son unos ladrones de lo más bajo te quieren cobrar membresía sin uno autorizar solo entre una vez a esa página no hice nada y querían cóbrame 49 euros no sé de que hay que denunciarlo penalmente
