Rated zero on the scammometer.. I paid with crypto, it went through properly from my wallet but scamx said there was a problem that requires more funds. I wrote to them, asked for a refund and was ghosted instantly.. still no response.. dont waste your time or assets with them…

Avoid SpyX.

It is a deeply questionable and illegitimate-looking operation based in China that collect and keep all the data they put their hands on.

From the corporate information on Companies House in UK, SpyX uses a fake company address and anonymous director service. Only director named person CHENG, Xunde is based in China. It also appears to operate through a UK-facing company structure that allows it to collect payments from customers in Europe and the United States.

That corporate setup, combined with the way the service handles extremely sensitive personal data, raises very serious concerns for me about where customer and target-account data ultimately goes, who has access to it, and what it is used for.

My own experience was already alarming: after paying $49 for a monthly subscription, the service collected or synced iCloud data and then demanded another upgrade before allowing access to that data. The $49 plan was effectively useless. I also could not find a clear way to cancel the subscription through either the main website or the control panel.

Most concerning of all were repeated prompts involving iCloud passwords and credentials. A company operating through opaque international corporate structures should not, in my opinion, be trusted with passwords, iCloud credentials, identity information, or other highly sensitive data.

I am seriously concerned that data submitted to or collected by this service is transferred to or processed in China. I have also seen allegations and concerns about the potential misuse of such data, including identity theft and other illicit purposes. There are many reviews online and info you may collect from chatgpt to prove the high risks associated with SPYX.

It is a horrendous ordeal when someone falls victim of their malware. Do not give SpyX passwords, iCloud credentials, personal data, or money.

This is the best app for this kind of monitoring, I absolutely love how well it does and love when you have a problem and contact support they get back to you in timely manner. If I could give more stars I would!!!!

Not as bad as the reviews say. The “record surround” isn’t live, and there can be an hour gap between the info on the phone and info transmitted to the app.

Helpful didn’t know there was so many extra charges

Okay as record surrounding and social app data are not working. Ongoing issue

Absolute garbage. Despite a proper setup, it can only retrieve some basic data (e.g. text, call log) and not even consistently. In the course of a month it “successfully” synced only once and retrieved some photos, videos, app screenshots. It can’t even retrieve installed apps. The target phone was an android.

Not working properly. Moat of the features don't work.

They are a scam, I canceled the subscription the same day, followed every instruction on their page. 2 months and 6 emails still no refund. They are a SCAM stay far away from this SCAM out fit...

Non consiglio assolutamente l'app la demo non corrisponde a quanto realmente attivato con il primo pagamento di circa 130€. Dopo mezz'ora ho ricevuto un altro accredito di circa 200€ che la banca ha bloccato per fortuna. Ho inviato 2 mail all'assistenza per bloccare immediatamente abbonamento con la speranza di ricevere indietro la somma versata perché ho richiesto disattivazione nell'arco di un ora al massimo.

The absolute worst purchase I've ever made. It does not work as advertised and don't download all of the data. Just a waste of time. Kidsguard pro is much better than this shit.

A waste of money the only thing that worked was the recording of the surroundings screenshot didn't work and sometimes for the apps and when they recharged me $70 I have no new data that's being collected. I don't know if I have to reset it and reinstall again, which is ridiculous, but I wouldn't waste my money.
