Une seule pochette solar style trop petite pour les articles commandés.
Déçu que les vêtements ne portent pas la marque... j'aurais pu acheter cet article en supermarché, il aurait été moins cher et fabriqué en Chine aussi!!

Great things i love it

Never received package. No response from company. Package says delivered after 31 days. We have ring cameras all around our house. There were no packages delivered. Poor customer service. I advise not to buy fron this company as if it a scam.

Avoid buying from Solar Style! It is a scam!
My order was delivered after almost 4 weeks, but I received only one item out of 3.
Also, the one product that arrived, one pair of shorts, appear on website as 100% cotton, but the item is 100% polyester (I would have not ordered knowing that, the item is for my son who is an oncological patient, he has to wear only natural materials). I am so angry! I paid 100 euros for a pair of 100% plastic shorts. I should have realised it is a scam since the only method of getting in contact with them is by email alone, no other data about the company, nothing at all, but my son insisted so much on ordering from them...
Of course, no answer to the emails I have sent although they say 24/7 SUPPORT. Responses within 24 hours. Such a lie!
So angry!! Don't do something stupid like I did.

They don't check if their products are in a good condition. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I have complained about the product that was delivered (it had wrong letters on the stamp). They just said that they were sorry and that they don't know if they can make it right. It's been 2 weeks from that email and i haven't heard anything more. Stay away, your money goes to waste!

Lieferung dauert relativ lange aber war auch so angekündigt. Qualität ist besser als erwartet wenn man sich die Bewertungen anschaut, aber ich trage nur M und die Klamotten sind mit viel zu eng. Und da ich auch eine Beschädigung an der Hose festgestellt habe will ich mein Geld zurück. Ich glaube aber nicht daran das das möglich ist bei dem schwachen Support.

Wir haben ein Fit und ein T-Shirt bestellt. Auf Rechnung kann man nicht kaufen, also wurde alles sofort bezahlt. Zunächst sah alles gut aus, es kam eine Bestellbestätigung und zeitnah ein Tracking Link, aber dann ließ die Bestellung auf sich warten. Aus dem Tracking Link war erkennbar, dass die Ware aus China kommt... Nach 14 Tagen ist das eine T-Shirt angekommen, aber von dem Fit fehlt jede Spur! Auch der Support verweist immer nur darauf, dass für das Fit eine Kollegin zuständig ist und man meine Bitte um Tracking Link oder Erstattung des Kaufpreises weitergegeben hat. Eine Rückmeldung von der zuständigen Kollegin habe ich aber bisher nicht Nachricht erhalten.
Ich habe leider die anderen Bewertungen auf Trustpilot zu spät gelesen, denn mit dieser Erfahrung bin ich wohl nicht alleine. Ich hätte sonst gar nicht erst bei SolarStyle bestellt. So war das aber sicher meine erste und letzte Bestelltung!

My son picked an outfit from Solarstyle because he really liked it, so I placed an order. I should have realised I had made a mistake when the tracking showed the parcel was being shipped from China.

When the order arrived, the quality was extremely disappointing and the items were nothing like the website pictures or descriptions.

The T-shirt, which was advertised as white, was actually a poor-quality cream colour.

The worst item was the shorts. They were described as being made from fleece material and looked in the photos like a decent jogger-style fabric. What actually arrived was a very thin, cheap, almost plastic-like material, more like swimming shorts. They were completely different from what was advertised and certainly not something I would have ordered had the true material been shown.

I have contacted Solarstyle directly to try to resolve the issue, but I have received no response to my messages.
I wish I had researched the company properly before ordering. I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Save your money and shop elsewhere. I would avoid this website.

Man kann nichts zurückgeben oder umtauschen. Bei Teenagern kann es ja immer mal sein, dass die Sachen nicht so passen oder sitzen, wie sie es sich vorgestellt haben - und dann bleibt man auf den Sachen und auf den Kosten sitzen. Ich würde definitiv deswegen dort nicht mehr bestellen!

Ich wollte eigentlich keinen Stern geben, aber leider muss ich ja einen vergeben!
Seit Anfang Juni warten wir auf Ware bezahlt wurde, aber es wurde nichts geliefert. Die Sachen hatte sich mein Sohn bestellt. Er hat jetzt auch das Internet mal von der anderen Seite kennen gelernt. Betrug nennt man das!

Everything is exactly as said on the website the only downside is that the delivery took a pretty long time but totally worth it. Overall would absolutely recommand their outfity are straight up fire!

I'm sorry but I didn't like the print on the t-shirt at all, with the roller marks on the black... I asked for a refund and I'm waiting for confirmation on how to price it

I ordered a green washed out short and while the price was alright and the shippping worked just fine the actuall product i got looked completely different its a 100% polyester even though they advertised it as beeing a 100% cotton so yeah they lied about what they were selling and you cant trust their quality
