Do not i repeat Do not trust these people. They are excellent in scamming you out of money and not providing you with the service you paid for. Instead they do a great job in hiding and not returning emails or text messages. I was promised an Amazon store and an ebay store. They had a package for both stores for $1000. Also $500 for each store for inventory and I gave them $200 for a license to sell on Amazon. They set up the ebay and took my inventory money and wanted me to pay Aliexpress for inventory after I gave them the money for inventory. Never did my Amazon store. So they decided to do a Temu store and to give them more money. Needless to say after 6 months they're still hiding from me. Do not trust them with any of your money unless you just want to lose it. Dont regret it. They'll definitely use chatgpt to reply some insolent corporate response about their company values and team work ethic in doing right when they know their company will scam you. Any positive ratings they has to be falsified

I paid Soft Bit Digital LLC $1,500 on December 1, 2025 for an Amazon FBA store setup service. After more than 4 months, the promised service was still not delivered.

Throughout the process, the company repeatedly delayed the project and later changed the original terms after receiving payment. They informed me that the original budget was “not enough” despite previously confirming it was sufficient to start the Amazon FBA business.

They then attempted to push me toward a completely different platform (Temu) and requested an additional $1,000 instead of completing the original agreed service.

I requested a refund because the Amazon FBA store was never completed as promised. I have invoices, payment proof, and screenshots of the conversations showing the delays, change of terms, and requests for additional money.

My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

In digital marketing, organic means:
• No paid advertising
• Traffic comes from free exposure (posts, SEO, content)
And they made me pay for it. Scammers!

I honestly did’t know what to expect, but the SoftBit Digital team made everything easy. They answered my questions and actually cared about my projects!

The worst marketing agency is this one, pay more than $5000 from March 2024 to July 2025, they just created the website, and they did nothing else. If you want more testimony, here I am clear and transparent, Annel Abreu.

This company is a complete scam. They guranteed me a return on investment of 13k after taking $2500 from me. Refused to refund me.
