This company is a joke - I tried to place an order for one item, it created an order for a two items at double the price I expected to pay although it did not look like this at the point of payment. When I paid I saw that it was for the higher amount and immediately contacted them to cancel the order. They said I couldn't cancel as it had already been despatched but I could return the items for a refund.
I waited for the items and contacted them asking how to return. They asked for a photo of the package and said the matter had been passed on to a colleague.
I still have no instructions how to return and get a refund. Absolutely shocking!!!

Nuro clean support team are complete scammers
Agreed a refund on unordered and charged for items
Mislead by 5 different support team members.
They really need to be investigated
They are guilty of committing FRAUD

Sie sagen sie melden sich per Mail, man hat meine Bestellung gefunden ..., nichts bekommen, nur hinhalten Taktik, die Firma darf sich gerne an meinen Anwalt melden und ich bin sicher, es wird eine Sammelklage, da mehrere Personen das Produkt bezahlt und nicht erhalten haben

I am a retired investigator from the LSP Bureau of Investigations. It is my professional opinion that NeuroClean is a sham organization.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I ordered product on June 19, 2026, and still haven't received my order. I have contacted NuroClean multiple times and I am told that a representative will be getting back to me but that does NOT happen. I have reported the company to my credit card fraud department. Do not order from them. They are a scam, imo,

The product NEVER foamed as was expected and promised in the advertising. Directions are vague (what size spoonful?), and the website seemed to crash or had a glitch that meant that we made two orders and paid more than expected.

Es ist einfach nur Betrug, was da abläuft. Die ganze Bestellung ist Betrug, da man sie nicht abbrechen kann. Völlig überteuerte Ware, die man nicht zurückgeben kann, da der Lieferung nichts beiliegt und der Verkäufer nicht reagiert. Habe mehrere Mails geschrieben, leider ohne Erfolg. Hände weg von diesem Händler.

This is a total scam.Your advertising says that it removes mould, which it does not!
False advertising, ..'No Bleach' . yet the main ingredient is Sodium Hypercholride... that is Bleach!

I'm having issues with some stains coming out on my toilet. It's the only one in the house of three that get's nasty looking.

Ich wollte nur ein Reinigungsmittel bestellen, es wurden laufend neue Mittel vorgeschlagen und trotz Ablehung, hatt ich auf einmal 5 Produkte bestellt. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich meine Einkäufe über Email rückgängig machen, was - leider - aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers im Bestellsystem nicht möglich war, man leite mein Email weiter. Zwischenzeitlich wurde die Ware versandt, eine Stornierung war nicht mehr möglich. Der Verkäufer hat dann angeboten, ich könne alles behalten und bekäme 75% des Kaufpreises zurück oder ich schicke alles zurück und bekäme den gesamten Kaufpreis rückerstattet. Diese Option habe ich gewählt und warte inzwischen seit Wochen auf die Rückerstattung. Ich rate dringend von einem Kauf über die Webseite ab.

As with so many here, I ordered one thing, but the site is so bewildering, I ended up with multiple items added, and a bill for £100+ that apparently couldn't be cancelled. Was chatting to someone by email who promised they would help, but they've gone quiet for a week now. Have the parcel unopened and will be pursuing through PayPal. The company is basically a rip-off merchant.

Haven’t received product yet so can’t give experience but ordering was simple and convenient.

Achtung!! Absoluter Fake-Shop!! Das Geld wird abgebucht und die Ware kommt nie an. Telefonisch ist das Unternehmen nicht erreichbar und auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Zum Glück hat Paypal mir das Geld zurücküberwiesen, weil es die Probleme mit dem Unternehmen bereits kennt.

For the love of God, why doesn't anyone ever think about the poor, sad, long-suffering money?

With a bargain basement price-tag of a mere $26 (+equally exorbitant p&p, natch) for, at most, just a couple of cents worth of bleach, detergent, thickeners. and pong, it's extraordinarily effective in the most important, key ways; it both impoverishes suckers whilst simultaneously enriching charlatans.

With un-matched performance like that, what's not to love?

I only wanted the toilet cleaner. They duped me into adding mold remover, warrant, & shipping. I should've paid $51.18 but I was charged $112.85.
