Its great customer service i had a problem with my asa server and they got it fixed and gave us a day extra uptime as thats what we missed when it didnt work

Ive always had very prompt replies, very rarely had issues with my gaming servers. They run fantastic all the time. If you'r looking for gaming servers then Nitrado are by far the best. Easy to use and great service at good pricing:)

The agent was absolutely fantastic and incredibly fast! They moved my server to New York in record time and gave me a great laugh with their joke about moving it to Antarctica. 10/10 service, give them a raise!

Worst game servers... lots of crashing, 200+ ping on every server

I was connected with "Edin K" who was extremely quick to catch up with the problem I had for a couple of days, and then almost instantly found the issue.

It was good to talk to a fellow techy too. Very professional and yet when we realised we were of similar background work, we found the almost stereotypical relaxed nature we get that techies do.

Nitrado service is great if you decide to stay with them. If you decide to switch a game the charge a game switch fee equal to the refund. I paid for a year long server on a game with my friends. We like the server options but when we wanted to switch games a limited list was available to switch to. When I found the next game we wanted to play the server was a little more expensive. I have no issue paying more for a server on a more popular game. When I went to upgrade to that game I could simply transfer remianing balance. I was charged a change fee that was equal to my credits.

Change fee $98.94
Total refund in credits $98.94

If i change the existing server setting the change fee and refund are mirrored in each other

Amazing service. Refunded server with no questions asked. Superfund helpful. Nitrado has been awesome since we have started using it. This is our 4 servers we have purchased in the last 6 months.

Was quick and easy

Super slechte servers. Hebben echt continu problemen en je wordt er niet voor gecompenseerd. Een support afdeling hebben ze ook niet, in de Discord zeggen ze "maak maar een topic aan" als je een probleem hebt, maar 95% van de topicstarter die daar zijn aangemaakt reageren ze niet eens op. Maanden geleden heb ik een keer een topic aangemaakt, ik heb nog geen reactie. Geef beter je geld uit bij een andere partij! Kan helaas niet minder dan 1 ster geven.

They helped me with in a few minutes

Not really impressed. Rented a Dune Awakening server. All straight forward and I love all the options available. But it seems there is a lack of human support. My game is rubber banding and its only me on the server. My Internet speed is great and I know the issue isn't down to me.

Figured i would get help but you have to speak to a bot named fin, who said he raised a support ticket and it would be emailed. But nothing recieved. I dont want to go into discord and it shouldn't be made very difficult just to ask some questions
