We Selected the Correct Supplier!
We worked together to design and improve a store front sign, one for our Gift Shop and one for the Timberline Cafe. They Look GREAT! We Installed them ourself. We are still working with our electrician to get the power to the sign we fully anticipate that the Timberline will look as good as the Madison Gift sign. Top Quality in the workmanship! The shipping was exceptional with ZERO damage!

Excellence Product and Support
I can't say enough great things about my dealing with NovaProSigns. Right from the beginning my dealing with Lilly were the upmost positive. The customer service was only over shadowed by the quality of the end product. I will be displaying our sign at an industry tradeshow and can't wait for the positive feedback to generate more sales and I'm no salesman. The timely manner in which I received the product has given me ample time to focus on other aspects of the display. Again I want to thank all at Nova and Lilly for such a great experience.

I’m always a bit nervous ordering custom stuff online, but the team at Nova Pro Signs was great. They sent over a mockup first so I could see exactly how the LED neon would look. The shipping was surprisingly fast too, and it was packaged really securely. It looks amazing in my studio!

I got quotes from a few local paces that were double the price. I decided to give Nova Pro a shot and I'm glad I did. The quality for the blade sign I received is professional grade. It feels sturdy and the lighting is crisp. You definitely get high end quality for a fair price.

be aware of this scam: I purchase a small sign from Nova Pro signs, agree on the price thay game me of $145 for two small aluminum 7 inches by 4 inches, after I paid for, today they sent me a message that doesn't make sense and unethical , they want to charge an extra $100, after hey confirmed the price I and I paid for. This is what they sent me a day after I made my purchase " So, A verdict came in earlier regarding the differentiation between stainless steel and aluminum is that, Aluminum costs a $100 more. The current payment that you have made right now, we are obliged to go with the stainless steel one. Let me know if you can make a deposit of $100 more once it's completed on Aluminum or we can make a refund straight away to you" This is fraud!!

Our goal was to be transparent about a mid-process cost discovery and offer you a choice: to proceed with the premium aluminum for the additional cost, or to receive a full and immediate refund if you weren't comfortable with the change. We offer the refund specifically because we value your trust; if we intended to scam anyone, a refund wouldn't be an option!
We would still love the opportunity to make these signs for you at the quality you expect. If you're open to it, please reach out to us directly so we can find a solution that makes you happy.
