I started in September 2025 and have lost about 25 lbs. However, I find the website, communication & medication instructions very confusing. I’ve received different compounds each time causing the dosage instructions to change. I requested a reduction & received an increased mg & needed to figure out on own how to adjust dosage. It is very difficult to communicate online, I’ve tried to cancel twice. When you call the 1st response is to offer a discount to continue. I was finally able to cancel today.
My health is generally good, but for people who are having difficulty, I don’t think this company is the best to use. All you need to do is answer a few questions and you get meds. There isn’t much oversight.
Most folks really needing this help should find a company that has better medical oversight. I also just saw they received a FDA warning letter for false advertising & misleading information.

I lost 50 pound in about six months and have kept it off for six months. Only had three or four times where it made me feel ill for an roughly an hour due to greasy eating. My bad.

I had a wonderful experience the first 4 months. I was losing weight and am now the lowest I have been since 2021. At month 5, things changed. I did not receive the usual pre- medication refill medical update. At that time, I would have stated that I wanted to stay at the same dose. The prescription was written for a higher dose. I was told, once I received the medication, I could find out how to reduce the dose. Normally, I was charged on a Sunday, medication was prescribed that day and then shipped out so I had my shot by Thursday. I was then told shipping was now 5 to 7 business days. So, I waited. I ended up missing my Thursday dose and then the next Thursday dose. I had called customer support a couple of times and emailed them. Everyone was responsive and understanding but the issue never got resolved so I canceled my membership and received a refund.

Unfortunately, the food noise and appetite came back. I have since gone with another company. I look forward to getting back to losing weight.

Do not be fooled by their false advertising! They advertise that it is the same price no matter what the dosage is, however if you want to increase your dosage you have to buy another subscription much earlier than you should. That means you are essentially paying more because you have to subscribe again. My doctor approved my medication increase but it meant I would run out of my Supply before my 3 months was over. When I spoke with customer service about this, they informed me that I would have to buy another subscription in order to have my increased dosage. I explained that I wanted to see how well this new dose worked before I purchased another subscription. That was not going to be an option so I canceled immediately! Do not be fooled! They didn't even do anything to try to resolve this situation and prevent me from canceling. The doctor, however, was very professional and very personable. But he also stated that he was an independent physician who had no control over the business side of things. I truly wish I could have spoken with some of these wonderful customer service agents that I read about in these reviews.

Writing on behalf of my husband. To say customer service was lacking would be a vast understatement. There has been NO customer service or patient consultation despite repeated requests for such. To prescribe a drug without providing guidance and support is, at best, medical negligence, at worst, malpractice.

I ordered a one month prescription from MyStart Health November 2025 to see if I could tolerate the medicine- I am sensitive to medicines and have a gluten allergy.
Got the delivery and did not use product immediately because I got covid the last week of December that expanded to months of severe bronchitis.

I thought that I had only made ONE order of MyStart product & that I could order again when I wanted to. In January 2026 I received an email message from MyStart Health that they had sent my second order! I couldn't believe this and called Customer Support. No one was there to help me and so I left a message. No one ever returned my call and the next week I proceeded to send an email describing my complaint that they had shipped an unauthorized month's supply and were charging me for this!!! I didn't get a reply in a few days and so I called my credit card company to report an unauthorized charge on my account by MyStart Health of $299. My card company closed my card & began an investigation of the $299 charge. In a number of weeks my card company put the $299 back on my new card because they had talked to MyStart Health and determined that I had made a long term order. I couldn't believe this because I only authorized one month's charge and remembered I did not save my credit card information in MyStart Health account because I NEVER do this for a one time order. I have been an accountant for over 40 years and I understand I have to be careful to not save my credit card information to protect myself!
I proceeded to call MyStart Health and email them to get the $299 charge taken off my account for the meds I DIDNT order. The order arrived and I immediately put it in the refrigerator and began calling and emailing to get help to return the product I DIDNT order. NO ONE would help me and then MyStart Health started to send me emails that my account was overdue and that I would be reported to a credit agency. Yikes! This had gotten too serious. I never got a response for the return request and proceeded to return the refrigerated unopened package to MyStart Health. I paid $18 to return and got the delivery confirmation, but NO ONE would talk to me about it or refund my money UNTIL I wrote a review of MyStart Health on Trustpilot!
Suddenly, I got a call from Customer Service- four months later! The agent was polite and listened to my complaint and I sent her numerous email copies that I had sent earlier to MyStart Health over the last four months to get some help.
I was promised that the unauthorized charge would be dealt with if I removed my review from Trustpilot. So I did......then MyStart Health FORGOT that they promised to abate my charge. They asked for credit card statements (which I provided) which CLEARLY showed that I was charged $299; however, they claimed that MyStart Health had REFUNDED the money to me. It was clear on my statements that I had never gotten a refund. My card company verified that I never got any funds back.
So, after months of wasted time I am writing this review so OTHER interested buyers THINK TWICE about their purchase. This is a series of orders/charges that get posted to your credit card and are impossible to get resolutions if there are problems.

It was a little difficult setting up communication in the beginning but all is on track for success now. I’m pleased with my weight loss journey.

Customer support is fantastic. Empress has been the phone contact when I had a question. She was diligent about connecting with me - I had my phone on low and missed her calls. Excellent customer service person!!

As for the RX - the process has been smooth and I appreciated the ability to discuss increasing my dose. I had previously used another company and found them difficult to connect with - when I did connect they were always rushed and had to do a handoff which meant a restart of the turnaround clock. I recommend MyStart Health

While there was a hiccup in the beginning the company made beyond great efforts in communication with me. More importantly validation. The physician I was assigned took time with me and I know I have a good support person in place. Customer service has always responded with efficiency and kindness. Glad I am wioekinf with them.

This was my second try with My Start. The first try failed at helping me loose weight. I quit. A couple months later a director called me telling me that he would put me on Tirzepatide and on progressively stronger doses to guarantee weight loss or they would refund my payment. The first month, I lost 3 pounds after three days of diarrhea which then turned constipation for next month and a half. I did eat less, but didn’t lose any more weight. Besides that, I had trouble sleeping at night. Energy levels were low needing naps during the day. I’m active physically. My blood stats had improved. The staff was polite and had sent me some dietary information. I called customer service and told them I was not renewing the prescription and to inform their director, Curtis. Everyone is different and may get different results.
Update: Things to consider. Mystart Health and other discounted GLP suppliers sells compounded medications made by an affiliated labs. These medications are similar to the original medications, but not close enough to cause patent violations. None of these medications are FDA approved unless they sell you the original product. Cheaper products may have different results. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

I had requested a medication change. Ashley promptly called me and submitted that change. By mistake the medication I requested was not sent but instead the same medication I had been taking. As soon as I let them know, Ashley called me & corrected the mistake without an additional charge. She was so helpful throughout the whole process.

Akeelah was very helpful in updating my subscription and providing a discount so that I would be able to continue the program. I appreciate her prompt help and was very courteous.

This company is amazing! They have excellent customer service and have worked with me very well, whether it be helping me understand the dosage, or helping me pause my subscription to look for cheaper prices (which I did not find), and helping me restart my subscription when I did not find anything. Every question I have had they have been very helpful with! I did take quite a long time to initially receive the medication (just over a month) but they said they were switching pharmacies. All in all I would definitely recommend this company!
