I’ve had a mostly positive experience with Mining Wholesale overall. At first, there was some confusion around a miner that turned out to be defective, and the support team initially expected me to cover the return shipping. However, the CEO stepped in personally, handled the situation, and made sure it was resolved at no charge to me.

I really appreciated that level of involvement and the courteous, helpful way he dealt with it. Once that was sorted out, the rest of the coordination went smoothly, and the communication was always professional.

It’s reassuring to see a company take responsibility when something goes wrong and actually work to fix it. I appreciate the support I received and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Onlangs de NerdQAxe Rev 6.1 hier besteld en ik ben echt super tevreden. De miner werd ontzettend snel geleverd en was perfect verpakt. Wat me daarnaast positief opviel is de communicatie: er wordt bizar snel gereageerd en het contact is erg professioneel en meedenkend. Absolute aanrader voor iedereen die mining hardware zoekt. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug!

Fast processing, minor packaging issues (one fan arrived broken), complaint handled immediately. The quality of the used S19 miners sold is rather low. One hash board failed exactly 3 days after the 6-month warranty expired.

Ottimo prodotto ed è arrivato velocemente e ben protetto, una nota; l'unico motivo per cui non ho messo 5 stelle, l'attuale connettore di alimentazione non può sopportare correnti alte richieste dal miner al suo massimo assorbimento, consiglio di sostituire il connettore di alimentazione con un XT30 ed aggiungere dissipatori di rame sopra i chip di alimentazione non sotto.

The NerdQaxe++ runs smoothly, compute power on near enough the default settings have clocked 5.5THs at consumption of 15~17 W/TH. I’m working towards an off-grid system, otherwise I'd buy a lot more now, at the sale price it’s a steal.

Delivery was prompt, at extra cost, but I’ve no qualms as everything was despatched together. I had a problem with a different supplier wrongly sending my order out in parts, costing me double for customs charges.
