Good product, but the support is extremely frustrating
I bought a product from Mileseeytools that is generally fine and works as expected. Unfortunately, the positive impression is completely overshadowed by their customer support.You have to go through endless back‑and‑forth, repeatedly provide the same information, and keep following up. In the end, you still don’t get a solution because the support simply stops responding. It’s very frustrating and leaves a poor overall experience.Good product, but customer service is highly disappointing.

This digital tape measure is extremely overpriced for what it offers. It feels bulky, is difficult to use, and the instructions are unclear - especially when trying to change the settings. Overall, it feels unnecessarily complicated and not worth the price.

“Buyer Beware” Mileseey does not stand…
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Reliability and Poor Support. I purchased a Mileseey XTAPE1 because it seemed like an innovative tool, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After only three months of normal use, the green laser stopped working completely. The red laser still functions, and the display shows the green laser icon changing on and off, but the green laser itself never activates. I spent considerable time troubleshooting, searching for hidden settings, checking the manual, and looking online for a solution. Nothing fixed the problem. A measuring tool is only as good as its reliability, and a laser failing after just a few months does not inspire confidence in the product's quality. I expected much better durability from a professional-grade tool. Unless Mileseey significantly improves both product reliability and customer support, I cannot recommend this tool to anyone who depends on accurate, dependable equipment.
