I have had a great experience in creating the images and conversating with the team, specially with Mr. John. He has been very helpful and cooprative in resolving the issues.

What can I say that I haven't said in the past? My first person-to-person experience with Leonardo.Ai was with Fin. He was really cool and he addressed my issue very quickly. This time I had the fortune of working with Alyanna. She was just as friendly and ran my concern up the chain very quickly. I told her that I was going to renew my subscription regardless of the outcome, but she went above and beyond to help me anyway. It's so much fun to work with people (or AI) that seem to want your business and care about your projects. I can't say enough about Leonardo.Ai. I've never even mentioned any of the features yet. I suppose I have become a loyalist thru and thru!

Mark G. replied to my token issue quickly. UI showed 150 tokens but that was a glitch basically. I was paid up. He fixed the issue and 8500 tokens showed up. Boom. That's what every customer loves - clear quick resolution! Love you guys and your amazing platform.

Normally these Tech Support help desks aren’t really that helpful, but Jefren from Leonardo went out of his way to explain some things to me and I really appreciated that considering, your lucky to get any reply from a tech company.

The images turn out great, but video generation isn't always perfect; the final result often failed to follow the given prompt. Another issue is that the system employs a very strict and sensitive security filter—I think that could be relaxed a bit. Jefren explained this to me, and I appreciate it; I am very satisfied with his work.
