Hung via Lodgify was super helpful with my onboarding process his insights and advice really helped me :)

Most or all reviews here are from Hosts.
Perspective of renters/lodgers/guests:

It makes life easier/safer for hosts, BUT:
As renter/guest it feels UNSAFE to enter data of EVERY ONE in the party, even when not mandatory from local authorities.

We are asked for:
- Passport ID / other valid Government ID. (Numbers entered manually or by taking a photo)
- Date of birth.
- Home addresses.
- Phone number.
And much more.

Goverment IDs and personal information are thus stored in a way not conforming to many countries GDPR/DPA laws.

Happy for the hosts though, the overall concensus seems to be they are happy with the service as they can feel safe.

Brian was really helpful with his training and helping me set up my account. He answered all of my questions clearly. I feel prepared after the call to use the Lodgify website.

The onboarding process with Gabriel left me feeling confident that I could manage my property effectively and efficiently on multiple channels. He was very patient, knowledgeable and personable. He made the process of managing a property through this software feel much less overwhelming and very much doable. I highly recommend this software. Gabriel's level of customer service is high-level and he is awesome!

Gabriel was thorough, understood any questions and concerns I had and was a real human with a sense of humour. Can't praise enough. Thank you Gabriel!

It was a difficul start, most probably from my end, not being much proficient of IT matters
However progress was made gradually until I gained more confidence of myself.

I appreciate the learning/ apprentiship process . A special thank to Hung who guided me with particular patience and understanding and to his expertise of the subjects

Finally a migration that didn't suck. Gabriel and the rest of the team at Lodgify helped us complete a migration that only took a few hours versus days or weeks with other PMS. Incredibly painless and we switched almost 20 properties from one PMS to Lodgify during the same day.

Terrible experience: bug-ridden software and completely ineffective support

I use Lodgify to manage my vacation rental properties, but the experience has been extremely disappointing and a constant source of operational disruptions.

For months, I have been reporting basic technical issues, and customer support's standard canned response is always the same: 'the team is aware of the issue and working on a fix.' Waiting months with zero resolution for essential features is unacceptable for a company marketing itself as efficient and industry-leading in hospitality.

The platform has gone from bad to worse. Recently, the system stopped syncing bookings properly from OTA channels (in my case, Booking.com): it fails to import vital details like guest phone numbers and email addresses automatically, forcing me to input everything manually just to contact arriving guests. A property management system should automate daily tasks, not double the workload.

To make matters worse, even their customer service channels are broken: the support chat gets stuck in an endless loop, preventing me from submitting urgent tickets.

Paying full price for software plagued by critical bugs and paired with an inability to resolve problems is completely unjustified. I have requested a refund and strongly advise anyone running a hospitality business to stay away from Lodgify.

Brian was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. He answered all of my questions and we discussed how the software could be serve me.

Brian was amazing! First off he’s super knowledgeable about the platform and his hospitable nature made me feel at ease on the new system. He did a bunch of backend things for me to tighten up and shut up our account. He is amazing. His service is incredible and you can tell he is a solution provider. I would like to continue to work with him into the future.

Easy to understand! Answered all my questions, was knowlodgable with the whole platform and introduced me to different things I was not aware about. If i need to meet with a lodgify member again i would happily make that appt with the same instructor.

I was initially a little concerned about having a meeting in English, but Elena made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. She was extremely clear, patient, and easy to communicate with. She answered all my questions and made me feel very confident about my decision.
Committing to a 12-month plan and paying the full amount upfront can naturally feel a little nerve-racking, but Elena gave me the reassurance I needed. I felt very comfortable moving forward with the company, and I was very happy with the service and support I received.

Once you've invested time in understanding the UI and what it can do, it's a great tool.
