Très bonne expérience, les chaussures taillent bien

Están muy cómodos, he andado muy a gusto con las botas, me han dejado de doler las piernas.

Lamentablemente, no pude cambiar las botas por otra talla por mi locacion, y esta restricción no estaba claramente indicada al momento de la compra. Ahora me encuentro con unas botas que no me quedan y por las que, además, pagué una cantidad considerable en gastos de importación.

I got both the 080 and 070, and they’re both incredibly comfortable with their wide toe boxes. I love the designs! They’re so stylish and fashionable, and they go well with just about any outfit.

FedEx lost my original package, but Ohne Project made it right by sending a replacement order. Susana in customer service was wonderful to work with and made the process easy. I love the shoes and can’t wait to order my next pair!

Los zapatos son súper cómodos, tuve una pequeña incidencia y el servicio postventa fue impecable :)

I love my new shoes. As I am usually a size 39-40 I ordered the shoes in a size 39. They fit just right (but they are on the tighter side).

Además de que me parecen unas zapatillas súper cómodas, el servicio al cliente es de 10. Tuve un problema con la suela de mi primera compra y me mandaron unas zapatillas nuevas gratis.

No issues with my order and I love my new shoes

The boots are beautiful and comfortable, but a side zipper would be a great addition. Also, although I knew they were made of vegan leather, I feel that for the price, they really could be genuine leather. Living in countries where autumn is significantly colder than in Spain, that would be much more sensible and practical. As it stands, the foot quickly overheats and sweats inside the eco-leather, which doesn't help with keeping the feet warm. That said, the boots are definitely worth considering—it just depends on your personal priorities. In any case, I really wanted to try out this brand. By the way, an additional removable insole would have been very helpful, too.

I’ve been looking for a stylish pair of wide toe box shoes for a while and was excited when I came across Ohne. The retro runners are fantastic. They are comfortable, stylish and offer just the right amount of support. I would definitely recommend

Les chaussures sont vraiment réussies, aussi bien esthétiquement qu’en termes de confort.

Je tiens également à souligner la qualité du service client. Malgré un problème rencontré avec le transporteur lors de la première livraison, l’équipe a toujours été réactive, disponible et agréable dans nos échanges par mail. Une solution a rapidement été trouvée avec l’envoi d’une nouvelle paire à une autre adresse.

C’est vraiment appréciable de pouvoir compter sur un service client aussi sérieux et attentif.

Ya he usado 3 pares de la marca y no podría estar más contento, sin duda los mejores diseños del mundo barefoot además de calidad y comodidad. Tuve un pequeño percance con el segundo para que tuve y al escribirles me los solucionaren en seguida y siendo muy amables. Calidad 10/10, Atención al cliente 20/10.

Extraordinario servicio post venta. Rápidos resolviendo inconvenientes y además muy cercanos. Son mis 4as zapatillas y puedo decir que seguiré adquiriendo sus productos, además de cómodas son de confianza.

Unfriendly return policy and an unprofessional response to customer feedback

The return policy is a major drawback, especially for a brand selling expensive barefoot shoes.

With barefoot shoes, fit is everything. Toe space, width, heel fit and overall comfort are essential and these are things you can only properly assess by trying the shoes on. You simply cannot be certain that a pair will fit based on an online size guide alone.

Charging €15 for a return from Germany and €6.90 for an exchange makes this process unnecessarily expensive. Customers are expected to take a financial risk when purchasing shoes that may not fit, even though finding the right fit is particularly important for barefoot footwear. For a premium-priced product, I would expect a more customer-friendly approach.

What makes this experience more disappointing is the company's response when I described the return policy as toxic. Instead of addressing the actual concern, the response brought up customers who allegedly order seven pairs and return six, suggesting that this kind of behaviour might explain the policy.

That is a deflection, not a meaningful response to the criticism. I was questioning the return policy itself, not advocating excessive returns. There is a fundamental difference between exploiting a return system and ordering a single pair of shoes that turns out not to fit.

Turning legitimate customer feedback into a discussion about supposedly problematic consumer behaviour comes across as defensive and unprofessional. A company can certainly explain why it has a particular policy, but it should be able to do so without shifting the focus onto customers who raise reasonable concerns.

My recommendation to potential buyers: Read their RETURN POLICY carefully before ordering. Consider the potential return or exchange costs when deciding whether to purchase. The financial risk of finding the right fit is something you should factor into your decision.

For me, the return conditions and the way the company responded to criticism have undermined my confidence in the brand.

UPDATE -Unprofessional and personal responses to criticism

What followed my criticism of Ohne Project’s return policy was appalling. They repeatedly questioned my empathy, business sense and intentions, accused me of hurting their business and suggested I should have kept my criticism private.

Instead of addressing the issue, they turned it into a personal attack on my character. A company that cannot handle criticism without resorting to guilt-tripping and moral accusations should seriously reconsider how it treats its customers.
