Says online the install will be 3 weeks from date of payment….a week later and after chasing a few times we finally got a date….over 5 weeks wait. Very rude employees and in the end I requested a refund.

As a complete novice to EV chargers all of my questions and queries were answered in a simple and understandable manner.

Needed support as my trusted Home 3 Pro just stopped after 18 months. I logged a call with the help of my installer and Hypervolt responded in the best possible way. A little remote diagnostics told then what they needed to know and they simply sent a replacement. No stalling - they just got it sorted. Support like it should be.Well done Hypervolt.

The Home 3 Pro itself is doing exactly what I need. The app is responsive and easy to use, and I can see what the charger is doing at a glance.

I’ve connected it to Intelligent Octopus Go and the smart scheduling works well — it picks up the off-peak slots automatically and shows me the full charging plan, so I’m charging at the cheap overnight rate without having to think about it.

They advertise 3 week install but after 5 days of trying to get a date they finally told me they can't do anything for another 4 weeks. I don't like being messed about and will be cancelling my order.

I had an issue with my Hypervolt Home 3 Pro charger, which suddenly stopped charging any vehicle. After carrying out my own troubleshooting and providing detailed information to the support team, Hypervolt responded promptly and professionally throughout the process. They carefully reviewed the charger telemetry, communicated regularly, and kept me informed at every stage.

Once it became clear that the charger itself was at fault, Hypervolt arranged a replacement through Octopus. The coordination was smooth, and the team remained responsive and helpful throughout. Following the unit swap, the new charger has been working perfectly and is noticeably more responsive than the previous one.

While it was frustrating to experience a charger failure, I was impressed by how seriously Hypervolt treated the issue and how efficiently they resolved it under warranty. Special thanks to Fred, Jameel and the scheduling team for their professionalism and support. I would happily recommend Hypervolt based on the quality of their customer service and after-sales support.

Our charger unit failed on an intermittent basis. Yes there was some delay in pinpointing the problem, as the car itself was also considered a potentially failure point. But once we were able to determine the fault lay with the charger unit itself, Hypervolt were excellent, organised a replacement and fitting.
